I liked everything, the breakfast is great. Check-in time is the starting point of the check-in. A very customer-oriented option. There is no elevator (4th floor), but like charging) you can't smoke anywhere except on the street. But the rooms are completely odorless. And with hot water it is unclear, I will clarify tomorrow.
