We called in advance that we would not be able to check in until 11 pm. We were assured that they would wait for us until one o'clock in the morning. At midnight, we found ourselves at closed doors. There was no answer on the phone. On the fifth time, the guard replied that he didn't know anything about us and who promised didn't know either. We complained to the administrator, she did not take any measures, the money was not refunded overnight. They gave me a dirty towel and someone burned the curtain.

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff. We booked a double room with two beds. For those who came to look at the city, and not at the room, the ideal place. Modest, but tasteful. If we are in Minsk, we will come to you again😉
