We called in advance that we would not be able to check in until 11 pm. We were assured that they would wait for us until one o'clock in the morning. At midnight, we found ourselves at closed doors. There was no answer on the phone. On the fifth time, the guard replied that he didn't know anything about us and who promised didn't know either. We complained to the administrator, she did not take any measures, the money was not refunded overnight.
They gave me a dirty towel and someone burned the curtain.

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff. We booked a double room with two beds. For those who came to look at the city, and not at the room, the ideal place. Modest, but tasteful. If we are in Minsk, we will come to you again😉

The hostel is good, it is a communal apartment, which you have to go through a whole quest to get into. The prices are affordable, the staff is responsive. The location is super, the very heart of Minsk, Trinity Suburb, close to shops and metro.

A great family hotel with three rooms. Location near the Humpback Bridge on the Island of Tears. The very center, the Svisloch river and the views are amazing!!!! 30 minutes walk to the railway station.
The bad thing is that they were looking for a room for a long time, the hotel brought signs, just a house and an apartment. It's just an intercom from the entrance. What is not mentioned at the time of booking. And so everything is very comfortable, an excellent three-room bathtub, a large toilet, a room of 20 sq.m.for two, a large plasma TV, a sofa, mirrors, a kettle in the room. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the hallway. The apartment is quiet and clean! The price is fair and adequate, they charge in Belarusian rubles.
We will definitely return to them again!

Be careful, the hostel does not check in after 23:00. Our train arrived from Grodno at 23:37, which we previously informed the hostel by mail — there was no response or cancellation from them — the reservation was up to date.
In fact, a guard rudely turned us around near the door with the phrase "closed after 23:00, there are many other hostels in Minsk, go through the forest."
As a result, half the night we were looking for another free option to check in after the road at 12 o'clock.
If you want to keep your nerves and rely on reliability, you are not here.
