The doctors at the DHC are just wonderful people! I would like to express my great gratitude to the entire department of purulent surgery, and to a greater extent to Govorukhina Olga Alekseevna and surgeon Zapolyansky (unfortunately, I did not remember the full initials. Please forgive and understand.) The whole childhood, the whole department put me on my feet. Thanks a lot!! Surgeons, you have simply golden hands.
With love and immense gratitude, Daria Lebedeva. I hope you remember such a person.))
The child was admitted to the emergency surgery in an ambulance.
The attitude from the reception desk to the doctors is disgusting.
There were hounds at the reception, they couldn't get through to the residency, it seemed that they were picking up the phone and putting it down (an attempt to call on the answering machine for 2 hours was unsuccessful), the child was discharged after 2 days in the department, sending him home with fever, vomiting and an upset stomach.
The attending physician simply threw off a child who turned out to be not in his profile, there is no focus on children, it is a pity that so many irresponsible people work with children in this field.
The child in the 1st ward was led by Sergey Alexandrovich
They sent me for a consultation with a cardiac surgeon. They served 3 hours with a 2-month-old child! When asked to take it out of turn, the answer was negative, saying that everyone here is disabled and everyone is on a first-come, first-served basis. I understand, but there were children much older than us in the room, if there were also babies, we would sit and wait, but not in this situation, especially if you know that we are from the Vitebsk region and were on the road for more than 4 hours. When approaching doctors with this request, they sent it to the registrar, the registrar sent it to the doctors. It is a pity that the people of the "system" have lost their humanity! Is it really impossible to come up with a time record in the 21st century?!
