The doctors at the DHC are just wonderful people! I would like to express my great gratitude to the entire department of purulent surgery, and to a greater extent to Govorukhina Olga Alekseevna and surgeon Zapolyansky (unfortunately, I did not remember the full initials. Please forgive and understand.) The whole childhood, the whole department put me on my feet. Thanks a lot!! Surgeons, you have simply golden hands.
With love and immense gratitude, Daria Lebedeva. I hope you remember such a person.))
The child was admitted to the emergency surgery in an ambulance.
The attitude from the reception desk to the doctors is disgusting.
There were hounds at the reception, they couldn't get through to the residency, it seemed that they were picking up the phone and putting it down (an attempt to call on the answering machine for 2 hours was unsuccessful), the child was discharged after 2 days in the department, sending him home with fever, vomiting and an upset stomach.
The attending physician simply threw off a child who turned out to be not in his profile, there is no focus on children, it is a pity that so many irresponsible people work with children in this field.
The child in the 1st ward was led by Sergey Alexandrovich
They sent me for a consultation with a cardiac surgeon. They served 3 hours with a 2-month-old child! When asked to take it out of turn, the answer was negative, saying that everyone here is disabled and everyone is on a first-come, first-served basis. I understand, but there were children much older than us in the room, if there were also babies, we would sit and wait, but not in this situation, especially if you know that we are from the Vitebsk region and were on the road for more than 4 hours. When approaching doctors with this request, they sent it to the registrar, the registrar sent it to the doctors. It is a pity that the people of the "system" have lost their humanity! Is it really impossible to come up with a time record in the 21st century?!
We arrived with a child of 1.5 years old (cut the eyebrow). There were a lot of people, but they were accepted quickly. All the staff is polite and friendly. They talked sweetly and soothed the crying child. Dr. Pavel Leonidovich Lyakhnovich clearly consulted on our issue and pulled off the wound. Thank him very much) And the nurse in the treatment room. She helped, calmed the baby, offered a chair while they were waiting)
They arrived with a coin in their stomach. They were removed quickly and without complications. Many thanks to Dr. Pataleta O.A. and all the staff of the surgery department on the 5th floor.
Wonderful doctors, just from God!!! I want to express my gratitude to the Swedish doctor M.M. For the operation!!! All the doctors of this RSCP of pediatric surgery are just magicians!!! I bow low to them for their work!!!
Many thanks to the surgeon Denis Alexandrovich Ovseychik!
We arrived with a baby's navel issue.
He explained everything and told me, they were examined and prescribed treatment + a second examination in a week.

Good afternoon. We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff of the RSPC of Pediatric Surgery in Minsk, in the treatment of our child. This center employs professionals in their field, with a capital letter.
We got to this center, like most of the children who were treated here, completely not according to plan. Considering that we came from Russia (vacationed in Minsk) under the circumstances, we were received so promptly and professionally that there are simply no words. Denis Alexandrovich Ovseychik was at the reception that evening, who professionally and quickly examined the child and, after studying the tests, made a quick and correct decision. The tests together with the ultrasound were done within, as it seemed to us at that time, probably 20 minutes and the diagnosis was "peretonitis". Emergency without delay — resuscitation — preparation for surgery (the child was dehydrated at the time of admission and lack of oxygen) and surgery on the same evening.
Separately, many thanks to Sergei Aleksandrovich Puninsky, who performed the operation and is also the attending physician of our daughter. A competent and professional person who throughout the treatment, brought to us information about the recovery process, in a language that we understand. The children of the Russian Orthodox Church love him very much.
Thanks to the doctor Gabrielyan (unfortunately did not find out the name and patronymic) and honey.the staff of the intensive care unit who monitored the child's condition in the intensive care unit. Thanks to all the nurses and nurses. Thank you to everyone who does their direct work so professionally, since children are our EVERYTHING!
R.S. We wish you all the best and that as little as possible children with such sores get to you.
Sincerely, the Klyachenkov family.
How can you write something bad about a house with WIZARDS?! However, they come to work and wear white coats.
Talented doctors and responsive middle and junior staff.
I am infinitely grateful for saving my daughter.
But...
there are a few questions about the conditions of stay. Electrical outlets are either under the ceiling or in the corridor. Wards for 3-4 people, and also children. Bathroom and shower - one per floor. It is difficult for a nonresident to wash and dry clothes.
A good clinic, good equipment, excellent staff, a clear attitude towards the parents of child patients. Gently and accurately provide information about the course of the child's illness, they are always correct when communicating by phone, they do not try to get rid of the caller as soon as possible, they will explain everything clearly, verbatim, they will be vigilant, even with questions from a parent that can take a lot of time, they are ready to listen, answer and help. The territory is well maintained, everything is clean. Among the disadvantages, I personally found that when visiting the center by car, it is extremely difficult to leave a car anywhere near for free. I think that parents of patients could be given the opportunity, say, for at least the first hour to put a car either on or near the territory for free, while the parent can transfer diapers, napkins, socks and other things necessary for the patient.
There is no doubt about the experience and knowledge of the medical staff of this center, they are the best. I would like to say a huge thank you to the purulent surgery department, head Govorukhina O.A.
Polite staff. Good specialists. Sometimes, there is a queue for the surgeon on duty. Three times I had to ask my children for help. Once with suspected appendicitis and twice ticks were taken out.
Without a referral from the polyclinic, they do not want to be admitted to the reception department, and they do not want to go to the polyclinic because most of the paramedic-level pediatricians work there. But the doctors of the DHC are professionals.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ignatenko Vyacheslav Alexandrovich, a pediatric surgeon of the 3rd surgical department of the Russian National Research Center for Pediatric Surgery, for his competence, affordable and high-quality advice, humanity and, of course, skillful hands. The doctor successfully performed an operation to remove atheroma from my one-year-old daughter. Being "in the hands" of this doctor, the feeling of anxiety and anxiety was completely erased. Let there be more such doctors! Unfortunately, kids get sick sometimes…
In addition, special thanks to all the medical staff of surgical department No. 3 for their conscientious attitude to the performance of duties and sincerity. I also thank Oleg Yuryevich Korostelev, head of the department of Pediatric surgeon, for his attention during the resolution of issues during hospitalization.
I wish the entire department to maintain the high quality of medical care, love for the profession and patients, no matter what difficulties.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to congratulate our team on a professional holiday!!!! I wish you success in your work, in life and, most importantly, health. People with big hearts and golden hands work here. Doctors with a capital letter. Special thanks to the Intensive Care unit. Alexander Leonidovich Shalkevich, the head, and his team are great specialists in their field. I am very grateful to you for my son. The nurses there are the kindest and most helpful people I've met, thank you very much.
They run here with their children in any painful conditions. Emergency tests, a quick check-up by the surgeons on duty. Hospitalization immediately with pathological conditions. Or referral to an infectious disease clinic. They work 24/7. The only thing with stomach pains is to stop the pain and release it, tests for helicobacter are not taken and endoscopy is not performed because this is a surgical center, not gastroenterology. Thank you so much for having such a center and thanks to the doctors working there.
I was lying with my daughter in the cardiac surgery center of the same hospital, they were doing heart surgery. To say that pediatric cardiac surgeons, ultrasound specialists, cardiologists and nurses working there are almost Gods is to say nothing, they save the lives of our children and work in parallel as psychologists for desperate parents, for this they are very grateful!!!!!!
I also had to go to the emergency room more than once, sometimes with abdominal pain in children, then with a splinter in my leg that I couldn't get. Everything was always done promptly, tests were done and immediately the results were ready, an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and all necessary measures. Surgeons are young guys, but they know their business, with a good sense of humor, they know how to find a common language with moody kids. Everything is done quickly, the child does not have time to realize that everything is already over.
If you have a problem with a child, they will help you around the clock. They will quickly do tests, diagnose, and help.
The doctors are wonderful. Thank you.
I would like to express my gratitude to the doctors and nurses of the 1st surgical department (emergency surgery) 5th floor. The child was admitted late in the evening with suspected appendicitis. Affectionate, attentive, kind and caring doctors kept her condition under control all night. Dr. Sergey (alas, I do not know the last name and patronymic) talked on the phone at night in detail about the condition, answered all questions. Thank you. Our doctor Silina Elena Vasilyevna carried out all the necessary examinations and examinations, diagnosed and cured my daughter. Thank you very much!
Many thanks to the nurses, orderlies and canteen staff for their attention to each little patient.
The child has the best impressions and the most wonderful memories from the time spent in the hospital. Thank you very much!
I would also like to mention the woman who cleans the floor in the waiting room. I couldn't even imagine that it was possible to clean the floor so thoroughly and diligently.
All of the above made the most wonderful impression. May God grant health and success to the employees of the Medical Center.
I have never heard any irritation from the staff that they came in vain. My stomach hurts- I applied- I was tested, I got a consultation. Thank you for showing the child so quickly.
The baby has a swollen toe. We visited the surgeon in the 6th office on the ground floor. I am satisfied with the examination and reception. Thanks to the Pediatric surgeon Ovseychik D. A.
My daughter was there 2 times. It's good that there is such an institution! Fast, clear, like on a conveyor belt! They don't make fun of it, but save the lives and health of children! May God grant health to all employees!
Good doctors, good center, thank you for your work

I had an ingrown toenail operation, it was terrible. They left part of the nail in the finger. (It was in early November, and now it's July) now I go to the podologist, get some of this nail. And yet, the bad staff is on duty
We got to the emergency room with our daughter. Thanks to Dr. Alesa Vladimirovna Ryzhkova. But my review is about Nurse Alla. It's just an angel in the flesh! God bless you, sweet and bright girl! I even cried, amazed by your kindness!
The service, as everywhere in free medicine, starting from the reception department, there is a feeling that you owe everyone something, the culture of communication leaves much to be desired, the hospital stinks, you can't buy shoe covers without change (it's time to give it for free), they don't let a car into the territory, there are no paid wards, etc.
Thanks to the doctors, the best doctors in Minsk and in Belarus. Not only in terms of professionalism, but first of all in terms of attitude towards patients!
The institution is at the highest level. It meets all modern international standards. The assistance was provided professionally and in full. Thanks to all the staff and in particular the staff of the children's surgical center. Happy New Year to all!!!
Good health to everyone!
