Good day! On August 3, at 19.10, we faced boorish treatment from the "GUARDS", my mother and I did not want to be allowed to see the patient after surgery in a regular room in a rough form, although we were in shoe covers. We have been visiting the hospital every day since July 11 and everyone goes right and left as they want, they let whoever they want through, and today the "security" decided to take their bad mood or failed life in a rough form on us.
If the rules are really followed in such a way that visiting only in bathrobes, hats, mask and shoe covers, then this should be clearly spelled out and strictly observed for everyone, and not at will, in addition, there is a machine with shoe covers in the lobby, this is not a problem, but the rest of the equipment after 18.00 can not be bought in the nearest pharmacies.
I am FOR the rules, but they should be respected by everyone and they should be presented politely and correctly, especially in such a difficult period for the patient and his relatives, and not break down in a boorish attack that took your breath away. The employee of the "guard" is a kind of face of the institution and forms an impression about everything (because "the theater begins with a hanger") and this face is inhumane.
I want to say a huge thank you to the staff and administration of the RNPC for their professionalism and high qualifications. My husband underwent CABG surgery on 21.11. Shumovets V. V. performed the operation. Low bow to him for his golden hands! Thanks to all the doctors and junior medical staff for their care and attentiveness to such patients! Our whole family wishes you a happy New year 2024. May all the plans of your employees come true! Good health and success to all! Sincerely, the family of your patient M. N. Seidova.

Elena Petrovskaya with a review below! And what did you actually expect at 19.10? The reception time in all hospitals is indicated as 17.00-19.00. I am lying there now and, as a patient, it is extremely unpleasant for me when brazen visitors climb into my room after visiting time. There must be order in everything! Well done guard! I did the right thing by not letting you in. Another point is what you mean by the word "rudeness". In my opinion, it is disrespectful on your part either to the staff or to the patients to drag themselves to the institution after visiting time! But because of such, there is no peace for anyone. Disgusting behavior for an adult!
