Cozy, very warm rooms with beautiful views from the window, insanely delicious breakfast food, incredibly friendly staff and a very beautiful area around the hotel.

In general, everything is fine. There are everyday little things, but it's not fatal. For example, anyone can change the temperature on the thermostat, which happened, someone in the room was hot, someone was cold and this is an opportunity for "arbitrariness". The rooms are neat, no frills, clean. The prices and menu in the restaurant leave much to be desired. (small selection and very expensive). The only thing that attracts is a relatively small room fee.
