A chic Italian restaurant with good service and interior! We liked all the dishes of our company. I would especially like to mention the salad with borata — I haven't eaten it tastier yet, and the Pavlova dessert.

I really liked the restaurant!
It's a beautiful place. Lots of photos. The food is delicious, amazing!!! Italian cuisine.
We ate tomato salad with some delicious additives! I forgot the name of the salad, but definitely not with borata!
And for dessert, Pavlov's cake.
Delight!!! Such a delicious Pavlova cake, I have not tried it anywhere!!!
I highly recommend it.

Ambasadori, the establishment is majestic and at the same time liberated. The menu is not big. There is a wood-burning oven for pizza lovers. It's expensive, but exquisite. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, in the shade of the trees. Quiet, intimate.

Can I put 10 stars? I'll start from the beginning. The restaurant building is visible from afar, especially in the evening. The Ambassador impresses with its architecture, it is even more interesting inside than outside. I was met by a girl who invited me to go to the second floor in Russian. According to the menu, it's great that now many establishments have QR codes, it's convenient. Everything is delicious, fast serving. I ordered lasagna and Pavlova dessert, the dessert was not in a classic version, but everyone has their own view. The raspberry flavor won me over. A great place for both a single guest and a company!

A beautiful, stylish, delicious restaurant. Everything here is at the proper level. I would introduce him somewhere in Kislovodsk. The building is in the style of classical Art Nouveau made of glass and metal. Inside there are elements of steampunk and ergonomic design of the 20th-30th years of the 20th century. As far as I understand, this is Arkady Novikov's first restaurant in Georgia. I definitely recommend you to visit. The staff will accept the order in Russian without any problems))

We had dinner at the restaurant on my birthday.
The restaurant itself is very beautiful, with elegant interior and design. On the ground floor in the middle of the restaurant there is an open kitchen and a bar. It is probably worth coming here during the day, because the institution is located in the park "Batumi Boulevard" and there is also a lot of greenery outside as well as inside, unfortunately this beauty is invisible at night.
The menu is short, but with a large selection of cocktails and a wine list. I ordered pasta with truffle and salad with baked salmon. The dishes were served very quickly, you can say right away.
The pasta was medium-sized with a lot of grated cheese and sauce, the sauce was very tasty, the pasta was al dente, as I like, the dish was not served hot.
I didn't like the salad very much, it was voluminous with a lot of fish, it lacked a sauce that would bind all the ingredients together.
I drank Cosmopolitan first, it wasn't bad. But "Daiquiri" followed and I liked it. Anya was drinking Aperol spritz.
When ordering the table, I noted that we would celebrate a birthday, but no one complimented us at the restaurant. Each time we were served by a new waiter who passed by.
As a result, I liked the interior and the atmosphere more than the food and drinks. I'll come here sometime in the afternoon to make a final decision about this institution.

I decided to celebrate my birthday in this restaurant. I came personally to book a table at my discretion 2 weeks before the holiday. On my birthday, they started calling me and asking if my celebration would take place, as well as asking questions about the banquet (about cake, fruits and salads). But I did not discuss the banquet with them in advance, as we and the guests wanted to order everything on the spot. I thought that I had made a mistake (with whom it does not happen). During the day, I got a call about the banquet menu 3 times, I was wary... And on the last call, I was informed that the table I ordered for 2 weeks was OCCUPIED. allegedly even before my booking. They offered another table no worse, the mood fell of course, but there was nowhere to go. On the spot, we were offered two tables to choose from, one near the stairs on the second floor, and the second in the middle near a dripping pipe with a bucket on the floor. 🤦🏼♀️ The restaurant itself is nice and inviting, but something has to be done with the bucket! I liked everything about the kitchen, especially the brownie dessert (it won my heart), the service is fast and high-quality. I would recommend this restaurant, but keep in mind that there may be overlays with armor.
