As I understood it, this is a family institution where everyone wants to eat, we were there on September 7, despite the cool weather, there were many people who wanted to sit inside, the institution is small, there are many tables and a beautiful landscape on the street. The service is fast, the prices are inexpensive.

We believed the reviews and went to dinner here. During a week of traveling in Georgia, the most tasteless food was found here : (also for a very high price tag.
The service is also very lame, we waited for the waiter for 15 minutes to place an order.
In general, to be honest, I'm disappointed with the visit, I can't recommend it, there are much more delicious establishments with more affordable prices in Stepantsminda.

A wonderful restaurant, friendly staff, it's hard to call them even waiters, rather hospitable hosts! And what a wonderful khachapuri they cook there!!! You'll lick your fingers! There is a picturesque corner in the courtyard where you can sit at a table in the shade of a shrub, next to a running mountain stream!!! The prices are the same in all cafes, even where the appearance is not presentable at all and the oilcloth is torn in a check on the tables ((( And here, you can get aesthetic pleasure from the delicious cuisine and hospitality of the hosts!!! Inside, 2 walls are covered with banknotes from different countries with wishes of happiness, love and good mood!!!

We took chicken kebab, kharcho, only ajipsandal (in our understanding there should be another, but apparently this is a Georgian interpretation) for 4. The place is popular, the tables outside were all occupied in the evening. And it's cool in the evening, they don't have blankets (

It so happened that we got to Kazbek late, it was raining, it was already dark. The whole company was hungry. It was our first time in Georgia. We didn't understand at all how and where to get food. We stopped high up, there was no taxi number.
After a short correspondence with the institution and an explanation of the situation, the owner of the institution came for us and saved us from starvation! Fed, watered and taken back! Thank you very much for your hospitality! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

Khachapuri was tried here only "traditional for Kazbegi", it is interesting, but I like the more classic options for Georgia more. The prices are pleasant (after Tbilisi). This is a wonderful place in a gorgeous place! The staff are very friendly and involved in the work.
We took ajapsandal (pictured), veal and lamb kebab, beef stew in spicy tomato sauce (it was medium spicy, comfortable), tea. Everything was very tasty, we haven't eaten such a barbecue for a long time! Thank you for your hard work and dedication! We were very pleased.
