Today we had lunch in Raykhon on Karatash. Places must be booked, as the place is very popular. The waiter came over very quickly. The orders arrived surprisingly soon. I ordered a Life-meat. Before that, I ate Meat in Kashkadarya, I expected just such an option - stewed meat in its own juice, a more dietary option. And they brought fried meat. A colleague ordered a leg of mutton. Both turned out to be essentially a cauldron of kabob without potatoes. Everything was delicious. But as I already wrote, I wanted a more dietary option.And also a little spoiled the impression of a couple of small bones, meat with bones, but probably it's probably better not to chop them roughly, but to use special equipment.

Most of the dishes are frozen and are already heated and served when ordering.
We noticed it many times, but at the last Order " with you" we were again convinced of this, nothing changes with them. While you are waiting, most of our order was brought frozen, it is not known whether it was 3 days or 2 weeks already in the freezers, warmed up and given away, which we later made sure to try at home. Most of them were thrown out, it was not possible to eat.

We love this cafe😊 It is very tasty and the prices are reasonable. We often visit it with guests from other countries, for a delicious hearty lunch, the most important thing is our most favorite and ordered dishes: Uighur lagman, Kazan kabob, shish kebab, kovurma lagman, Naryn. One of my favorite cafes and restaurants, mostly serving national dishes. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited. Which is also nice. A good place for a family meal. But lately, they haven't been very good at shish kebabs.

The order is at 19:40 and I said I would pick it up at 20:30.
