I was here 13 years ago. Then it seemed that this was the only decent place for pretentious Muscovites)
It's a pity, but now everything has changed. Expensive. The breakfasts are "miserable" ((( the territory is beautiful, but the service is terrible (((
We arrived in the heat, the air conditioner did not cool down almost, the TVs are one name. There is a SPA with a pool on the street, but 16+ 🤦🏼♀️ and we are with children.
Clean, but poor ((( and there was such a place....zero-based service…

We are vacationing in Syabry for the second year with a small child.
Last year, the staff was so polite!
And this year, the alarm went off at 8 a.m. It was very loud. The child was scared. We tried to call the receptionist, but no one picked up the phone, not even the maids…
No one apologized to us.
The bar-restaurant is open until 23 o'clock, but at 22.30 there is no one there anymore 🫠
In short , it seems that this institution works for regular customers who are not present in winter , but the rest don 't care 😑
It is very sad that this is so.

Among the advantages: a beautiful, well-groomed territory.
Of the cons: the food and service does not match the stated price tag. For example, for 37 rubles they served not a turkey steak (chop), but dried small pieces.
The waiters did not smile once all evening, dryly fulfilling requests.
Most of the food (namely shish kebab) left after the banquet was not given, although we asked.

We really liked it. And the living conditions, and the restaurant, and the spa. Everything is clean. Everything is friendly and correct. It's close to Minsk. At a price lower than a vacation in the Moscow region.

Amazing food!
Everything we ordered was top notch. Desserts are especially beautiful and individual.
We also ordered it and it's perfect: soft, juicy. It would be like that everywhere. The only thing that is expensive.

A beautiful picturesque place, compared to the last visit (about 3 years ago), the restaurant has become much better. Higher-quality and varied dishes. Finally, we ate the reference pancakes according to our idea. I would like to increase the range of desserts. This time we lived in a luxury cottage (last time in a junior suite). There is nothing to compare here, these are two huge differences. Next time we'll only go to the suite. On the territory there is a SPA complex, fishing, shooting range, Playground. Now about the staff. Two thirds of the staff seemed to have teleported from the Soviet Union. In general, the service is threefold. But it didn't spoil our holiday experience much.

The gazebo was rented on a weekday. The place is cool, the service is excellent, I even fished with pleasure, you can not take your fishing rods, you can rent them right on the spot, in the area of 5p, a decent fish in the pond👍 next time we will definitely come to the local spa. We were celebrating a wedding. The houses are nice, but some items|things are a little old. But this does not spoil the rest in any way. Everything works. In the bathroom for each person there is a towel, bathrobe, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, gels, etc.
The territory is very beautiful and well maintained. The spa is good! There are even some discounts for vacationers. There is a black bathhouse. They say the hundred is one of the best in the country. The kitchen is good. Not very expensive.

It's strange that other reviews didn't mention it, or that we were so lucky :) But this institution has "face control". We passed by there on bicycles, at the end of the 100+ km route, and thought about having a snack. The guards at the gate were very surprised by this intention of ours, they say, "in this form" and to our institution?? )) In general, it was clearly read in their behavior that we were not welcome here, and we did not argue further, we ate elsewhere. By the way, the view was the most ordinary, we were not in the mud from head to toe. Never before had there been any problems to have a snack somewhere outside the city, even in rather expensive places; I remember being soaked through and slightly dirty, they even let me into a pretty decent cafe to dry off and eat.
I don't know what level of audience this place is focused on (it looks like an ordinary roadside restaurant, which is enough), but this kind of snobbery does not color it in any way.
