Unfortunately, our visit to this institution left an extremely negative impression. The administration showed a complete lack of responsibility for the quality of service and cooked dishes. Instead of apologies, we heard only excuses about the cook's mistakes. The meat served to us turned out to be unbearably tough and over-salted. We returned it to the kitchen with a request to taste it, but we received the same plate back, as if it were a treat for dogs. As for the restroom, the presence of cockroaches speaks for itself. This place seems to be proud only of its atmosphere, but even it cannot overshadow such obvious shortcomings. Thank you for the amazing rudeness of the administration, and for paying such a sum, we returned hungry.
