The car was brought, not only did the person not specify whether it was possible to open the window (whether it was working properly) ( the car is 30 years old ) , it hasn 't been put back in yet , the traction hasn 't been installed , the door card is hanging on snot ( as I understand it , there were attempts to align the glass ) , they called with the problem that they couldn't start the car even after the owner said what to do ( that is , close and open the car ) They replied that they would just push her out 😂
It seems that people have been driving a BMW for the first time and have no idea what kind of car it is.
I'll give you one star just for being polite.

I flew to the guys with a request to restore the ball, called, was with them the same day a couple of hours later, 2 hours of waiting and everything is ready. Polite, knowledgeable guys!
