What can I say about these establishments.. The interior is nice, the staff is quite polite (strictly my opinion). but!!! When we entered the hookah lounge, it felt as if we had merged with the room... After all, no one cared about us! I understand there are a lot of people here.. But this is no reason to forget about the other guests.. As a result, they took the menu themselves... Our order was accepted after 30 minutes in the bar, and then due to the fact that there were already people with a hookah at the next table. The order is not complete and after 35-40 minutes. And for more than an hour we have been sitting and waiting for our drinks, which we have reminded more than once. There is even excitement about whether they will remember about us..
Eh.. not only did they not remember about us, they also included beer in the receipt, which we never saw. To our claim, they replied: "it happens, well, I'm sorry"...
There are no questions about the repeat. The burgers are delicious!

I ordered it many times in recent years and the burger with the cutlet was sometimes made so fast that it was unclear what I was paying for. The composition has always been different, a few times they brought a normal one. I used to love a dessert where there is ice cream and tubes. The tubes were often just missing, as if they shouldn't exist. On the call a year ago, when I was not informed what I needed in the order, some very impulsive madam answered, who definitely does not know how to negotiate, but they coped with the defect and thank you. And the main nuance is probably that delivery to my house, where there are two entrances and I always put the right one, occurs with such difficulty, as if there are thousands of entrances and it is unclear where to deliver. It's not the worst place, but I won't recommend it either. If you want to eat properly, then this is the chef, Bulgakov. The rest just exists for show and I'm sure it will close.

I visit this place often, but I decided to leave a review only now. The day before yesterday, my mother and husband were like this at lunchtime, a polite girl came up to us, took the order, brought everything quickly, it seems so, and then what's wrong. The dishes stank, for a long time we could not understand what it stank, smelled the dishes, drinks. And in the end, these are devices, it feels like they were wiped with a grandmother's rag, which had not seen water for 10 years. The cleaner there, Tatiana, is not very polite, is always unhappy and can be rude. And so I liked everything.

The quality of service is disgusting.
We had to take the menu ourselves because the waiters were very busy with their own affairs) No one came up for the order and had to wait at the bar while the waiter chatted on the phone and begged to take the order, eventually it was accepted but they also waited until the cocktails were brought for about 20 minutes. After a while, they decided to repeat the order, but the waiters were busy with more "fat" tables. Without waiting, they decided to move to another institution. I also want to mention that there were several empty tables in the hall, but when people came in and asked if there were free tables, they were answered "no") The impression left this place is disgusting, I think we will not visit anymore.

Not an institution, but some kind of laugh! I had to come here with a friend because there were no lights in other restaurants (due to weather conditions). Previously, there were no questions about this institution. They asked at the bar about the available tables, the guy at the bar answers "Depending on what you will order" ... (WHAT KIND OF ANSWER TO THE VISITOR???). The waiter came up to us, a young, generally good boy. However, he brought a coke instead of a sprite, when I asked him to take it away, he said that he had already punched 🫠 (WHY PUNCH THE FOOD RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT ASKING THE CLIENT IF HE WAS AGAINST IT OR NOT??????) Well, my friend and I laughed, it doesn't seem surprising for a River Girl, but it's very funny, I haven't seen this for a long time ... It became especially funny when we asked to bring napkins, and they just threw them on the table without a napkin holder....
As for the food, we ordered nuggets, rustic potatoes and cocktails. The nuggets are very tasty, although they were a little greasy, the oil was dripping straight, but on the whole it was delicious. Potatoes are simply boiled in a saucepan and baked in the oven without spices and salt. The cocktails were good!

Hello! Once again, my husband and I visited this institution. We come here quite often and, in principle, we always liked everything. But on 09.06 we were extremely dissatisfied with the service. The waiter was rude. Served with negativity. He casually put the plates on the table, one of which was dirty, fortunately he noticed it in time and promptly replaced it. We come to the restaurant to relax, and not to feel the negativity coming from the waiters on ourselves. A huge sediment remained after the visit. We are extremely disappointed, we need to work on the service.

They prepare different menus for any gourmet, there is fast food and restaurant cuisine with hot dishes, a menu for a child. The staff is polite and considerate, an excellent wine list for every budget. The waiting time depends on the number of visitors and the complexity of the dish, but everything is up to half an hour. The interior is quite interesting, there are two halls. On the downside, it is difficult for a large company to find a table on weekends, and there is a smell from the kitchen closer to the bar. The waiters did not come at all, we had to take the menu ourselves. Also, when we chose what we want, no one came up. When the order was made, they came back to us and said that the ingredients had run out, and we could not order pasta at all. It was the same with cocktails, they said there were no ingredients.

In short, if you want to sit in the greenhouse (the glass on the ceiling is almost up to the ceiling), and sit for an hour or two like on a stool, because there is nothing to lean on with your back, just a pillow at the back for decoration, then this is the cafe for you.
