Restobar on the edge is a place where a great atmosphere is complemented by impeccable service! From the very beginning, we were greeted with a smile and cordiality. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff who made our evening truly unforgettable.
Victoria, the waitress, was incredibly attentive and professional. She quickly accepted the order, answered all our questions competently and served the dishes in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to watch her work – effective and unobtrusive.
Administrator Yana also contributed to creating a comfortable environment. Her help and promptness in resolving a small issue that arose at our table were invaluable.
And, of course, the bartender Daniel! The cocktails he made were simply amazing! It is clear that he is a true professional in his field, putting his soul into his work.
In general, the evening at the restobar "On the edge" left only positive emotions. The wonderful atmosphere, delicious food (although I didn't write about it in detail, but it was also excellent!), and, most importantly, the professional and friendly staff — Victoria, Yana and Daniel – made our visit unforgettable. I recommend it to everyone!

The waiter girl is sweet and friendly, gave recommendations on author's cocktails, by the way, very interesting and pleasant. The food is quite tasty, but I can't say that everything is super. The menu for Braslav is varied, there are quite a lot of cocktails. The service is generally not bad, the format of the institution, the atmosphere and the interior are clearly the best in the city. Prices are like in Minsk, but the quality is like in Braslav. To sit on a weekend evening, you need to book a table in advance (this applies to all establishments). We wanted to order takeaway burgers - they ended at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. I had to order a pizza, which was waited for 40 minutes. Pizza for an amateur. They raise prices because they know that you will come to them out of desperation.

During our vacation in Braslav, we visited here 2 times and we can safely say that if you want to have a delicious and satisfying meal, this is quite a suitable option.
The food and drinks were not at the highest level, but this is the best we could find in Braslav.
The service was good, the waiters were friendly.
Separately, I would like to mention the design of coffee cups with you! They very beautifully depict the main sights of the Braslav region with their coordinates. It helped a lot on our journey! The cups were brought home as souvenirs :)

I ordered the Burger Well-fed Dad and Pasta Carbonara items. It was incredibly delicious and fast. The burger arrived within 10-15 minutes. Pasta about 15 minutes after the Burger arrived. Pleasant prices, polite and nice staff ;)
I advise people to book places in this establishment in advance, as there are a lot of people here and it is unlikely that you will find a place to sit down (if without a reservation);(
On the downside: they didn't give you gloves for the burger (but they don't give it out everywhere, maybe if I asked, they would). Non-smokers may not like the smell of tobacco, as they smoke hookah inside.
If I visit Braslav again, I will definitely visit this wonderful place!

There is a boy at the entrance, whose functionality is not clear. He doesn't greet you, he doesn't offer you a table, nothing.
We walked around, looked for a table for ourselves, and sat down on the terrace.
Did someone from the staff come up to us? No.
Have they seen us? Well, at least the waitress who was expecting a different table.
After 10 minutes, we moved out. Apparently, the waitress saw and decided to come out from behind the bar and bring the menu.
The result is more than 70 rubles for another institution.

It's a great place. Cozy, fast and tasty, for an adequate price, a large selection of dishes, which is very convenient for us as tourists. Great location, lots of space, and not loud music, which is a big plus for me personally, so at least you can hear your interlocutor.
The staff does their job well.
The only thing is that the closing time is until 00:00, the kitchen closed at 22, and we went there at 21:30, apparently the chefs really wanted to go home and the pizza was a little damp.
But, this incident did not spoil our impression of this place, and we returned the next morning, took their magnificent cheesecakes)

We visited this place after pyshechnaya. It opens later.
It was not the first time I ordered dishes from this place, namely shawarma with beef. This is the best shawarma in Belarus that I have eaten. Juicy, perfectly salty, the meat is the right amount.

Four years ago, it was a great place, which I can't say today.I went in one evening to watch CHE football, but it turns out they don't broadcast it, the TV is on, some background music is playing and a picture of "many countries", although the Braslav pages are much better.The staff is young and "fussy".There are no free tables, they say they are booked, but at the same time the table can be free for 40 minutes or more. The kitchen is so-so.Delicious French fries.The prices on the menu are like in good cafes in Minsk.And the "cherry on the cake" - when I left this place, music was blaring in it until 2 a.m.!

Hookahs are good. The alcohol smelled like engine oil. I'm not kidding and I'm not the only one who tried. The white Russian is simply disgusting. For some reason, Gorky asked the waiter to ask if everything had been added exactly. They said yes, but the drink is clearly not the same. I refused it, they didn't offer to replace it. Cuba Libra also smacked of something abnormal, although the composition of the cocktails is completely different. Maybe the ice is made of some kind of rotten water. I had to drink beer, even though it didn't taste like anything. The food is really delicious. The music is loud, why is not clear because the cafe is more family than party. Prices after Moscow, St. Petersburg and Minsk are very pleasant. Please go, I would refrain from drinking here.
