Great restaurant. We ordered traditional pilaf and kharcho - very tasty. I read that many people do not like the location in the basement, but it seems to me that this is how the atmosphere of traditional Baku can be felt, everything is thought out to the smallest detail in terms of the interior. They spoke to the waiter in Russian. Keep in mind that in almost all restaurants, 10% of the service is already included in the bill.
The price tag is average, adequate for a pedestrian street, then we went to the nearby Dolma restaurant- plus or minus the same thing
Friendly and wonderful staff✨
excellent cuisine: delicious and beautiful😊 cozy and beautiful restaurant😍 promptly and sincerely organized a surprise for my brother😊 all friends arriving in Baku, go to you, to Firyuza restaurant, you are super
10 out of 10 in my opinion. We had lunch there and ordered a takeaway barbecue in the evening. Everything is just great. The polite and professional staff of the restaurant will do everything to make you satisfied with the service and stay in this institution. The cuisine is very tasty and there is a large selection of menus. The prices are affordable and no higher than in other establishments nearby. The flavor is basically similar to neighboring restaurants like Dolma or Nargiz, but we liked it more here. For lunch for two: two first courses (dovga and noodles with beans), 4 kutabs, French fries, two beers and tea - cost us 42 manats. For two kebabs: chicken and veal with onions and spices to take away, plus a flatbread was given to it - they paid 20 manats. It was packed in aluminum containers with napkins. It is convenient and beautiful, and most importantly delicious! I advise you - you will not regret it!!!
A restaurant of national cuisine. Designed for foreigners: design, menu - all of the export type. The menu is large, it contains many national dishes, there are pictures - but there is no description and it is difficult for a person who is not familiar with Azerbaijani cuisine to understand many dishes. The bar menu is much more modest. Portions of normal size: you can handle two dishes, the third will not be enough for everyone. The presentation is simple, with a claim to national flavor. The service is quite fast, with slight neglect. The prices are probably local, considerable: for one without alcohol, two dishes and a drink are about 27-35 manats.
A good local restaurant where you can taste Azerbaijani cuisine. The menu selection is quite large. 4 stars because of the service. The staff are not very attentive and friendly, they were often distracted and did not hear us while ordering dishes. Therefore, we did not hear anything about many of our questions about local dishes, we ordered at random.
A very good restaurant! We were met, escorted, and placed. There are high chairs for children. 3 sisters ordered dolma, it's something so delicious! True, it looks like stuffed vegetables for longer, but it's still delicious! Pomegranate wine is a separate topic. And of course pilaf) they took check pilaf, with an incredible serve. Serving 1.5! The three of us couldn't handle it. They also took kutabs, delicious food. According to the price tag, it's expensive, but it's worth it.
A very tasty, authentic restaurant. We were in Baku for 5 days, and on the first evening we went to this restaurant (it was recommended to us at the hotel). We had a company of 6 people (2 children), we were comfortably placed at a large table. We tried snacks, fish, meat, and drank wine - we liked everything. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the service is fast and good. If you want to try the local cuisine, this is a great option for dinner! The choice of dishes is sooo big) also, in honor of the birthday, we were treated to the perfect baklava with tea for dessert, it was very nice!) if we are still in Baku, we will definitely come back here!
Very tasty, polite staff, everything is served quickly. A great introduction to the local cuisine. The dishes are delicious, everything is done to perfection. A great place, I recommend it to visiting tourists
A great restaurant. Everything worked out perfectly in it: the atmosphere, service and cuisine.
I won't write much about the atmosphere - there are a lot of photos and reviews. Solid 5
The service is at a very good level - the delivery is as fast as possible, the table was cleaned very quickly, there are no complaints.
The kitchen is my personal opinion here, it's perfect. Beef kufta with cheese is just a masterpiece :)) everything is delicious, the portions are rather big, the price tag is slightly above average, but not much.
In general, I recommend going!
Convenient location on pedestrian streets in the fountain Square area.
An interesting, authentic interior. There are many oriental details - a tablecloth, clay pots, chests.
There are many dishes of national cuisine (pilaf, kutabs, khinkal).
We took kutabs (4 pieces of meat), hinkal and 2 glasses of wine (dry red and pomegranate).
We ate enough and were satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the service.
The bill includes 10% for the service.
We paid for all 39 monats.
Emin, the waiter, speaks Russian well.
A bohemian restaurant with extremely delicious cuisine and atmosphere! There are a lot of people, but everyone has enough space and attention. We tried different dishes with my husband. Not very expensive. I recommend.
A very authentic place. National style in every hall. Beautiful dishes!! You can take a bunch of photos and everything will be gorgeous.
Delicious national cuisine!!
The cheese plate is amazing. We drank Azerbaijani wine. I liked the taste .
Attentive staff!! I advise you to visit!

A very pleasant place in the center of Baku.
It is located in the basement.
Beautiful, colorful, bright.
They are warmly welcomed by polite and friendly staff.
All the decoration of the walls is beautiful here, tables with bright tablecloths, dishes, staff clothes.
And, of course, it's delicious👌🏻
We took salads "Heart of Baku", tomato salad with cherries, feijoa lemonade, pomegranate wine, lamb kebab, tortillas.
Service ,delivery is fast.
The prices are reasonable.
The waiter asked if we liked everything)
I recommend you to visit❤
Finally, Baku pleased us with the sooo atmospheric Firyuza restaurant and an amazing traditional shah pilaf served under a fragrant crispy crust, which we are still delighted with! 😃🔥🔥🔥🤤🤤🤤 Just a divine dish! 👏👏👏The taste of Baku is now inextricably linked to me with this royal pilaf! 🤤🥰🥰🥰🍚 #shakhplov #baku #bakuazerbaijan🇦🇿 #azerbaijan #firuz restaurant #baki #azerbaycan #baku #azerbaijan #firuzerestaurant
A super place! A real find for those who want to try the local cuisine. The staff is very polite, the menu is great! The interior is in the best traditions. I recommend it!
Don't waste your time and nerves. It was the first institution in Baku that left negative emotions. A great opportunity to spoil the day's impressions. The rating and reviews do not fight with reality, there is nothing to pull two stars for. I don't even know where to start: 1) Shepherd's salad is a seemingly difficult dish to spoil. A small portion size is a relative concept, but after a few days in Baku it catches the eye. Absolutely no spices. 2) Saj assorted - we set out to check the box and try this national dish. It's not that simple. Half-baked potatoes, minimum meat, maximum butter. Eat - and just get full of something, the pleasure of eating is 0. 3) Without further ado, the waiter disappeared (the shift ended), after which no one paid attention to us. An untidy table and the opportunity to observe neighboring companies drowning in waiting for attention or their orders for dozens of minutes. 4) we decided to order kutab in order to still eat something win-win delicious. But alas, due to paragraph 3, the order was not delivered.
Results:
1) 100 (!) manats to nowhere
2) 10% of the bill for this "service" is very ironic
3) the place is kept at the expense of a "passer-by"
To understand the contrast, I recommend walking 50 meters to the Nargiz restaurant.
A great place to immerse yourself in Azerbaijani culture, food, music, design are all at the highest level. My friend and I are very happy with all the dishes that we ordered
Very tasty! Very fast! The guys speak 3 languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English, which greatly simplified my placement in the hall)) the menu is also in 3 languages 🔥🔥
There are no questions about food, but the service is terrible. The most uncomfortable time of the transfer in this place.
A table against the wall for two, and a meter away from you, the waiters are standing and watching you eat, discussing something and laughing. But as soon as you need a bill or a question, they won't come to you. They understand Russian poorly (rather, they pretend that they do not understand) although what is there to understand if I point to the picture on the menu and can explain in the same English why I should say wait for a Russian-knowledgeable waiter is unclear
I won't recommend it.
The staff is sooo inattentive and relaxed, very disappointed yesterday. We asked to bring our shah pilaf, of which we ate 10%. The waiter took it away, forgot it and threw it away, we waited 20 minutes, when asked, they pretended that they did not mess up and gave us a foil box the size of food on an airplane, with boiled rice and pieces of meat separately. Neither lavash, nor dried fruits, nor chestnuts, none of our pilaf, for which we paid 55 manats and did not eat, after which the manager assured us for a long time that we paid money for putting it on the table for us once, and the fact that they forgot to pack it is not their mistake. And whose is not clear)). After 30 minutes, they made us a new pilaf with half as much, which was with unpeeled white pita bread, dry and without dried fruits. In general, be more persistent with the staff, it is necessary to drive all the waiters out of there in a good way, they do not want to work at all.
A disgusting place where, in principle, you will not be heard if you do not eat dill - you will eat it, since no one notices that you are not eating something and will not notify you that it is there. The attitude, as if you are not the customer, but they, also kindly pay for the service, which consists in bringing your own dishes and putting a plate and 3 appliances. It is sad and sad to notice this in the city center with such a glorious history and delicious food. I can only appreciate the salad and that, because I finished it.
An atmospheric restaurant , a lot of people , popular , the menu is large and varied , mainly national cuisine . There are a lot of old things on the walls, it looks like a museum. The price tag is above average, but it's quite tasty - you won't regret it for sure. Polite staff, but because of the large number of people, sometimes you have to wait longer than usual.
The prices are not higher compared to the food outlets nearby (and this is the center of Baku). The bill includes a 10% tip. It's delicious, the service is good. A large beautiful menu with photos of dishes and translation. We liked it.
We liked it, but we haven't been anywhere else to compare it))) in transit to Baku. I tried Dolma for the first time, the taste.. interesting)) We also ordered a couple more national dishes, it was delicious. The price tag for two people, taking into account 10% of the service, is ~~50 manats. The staff is very friendly and pleasant, they speak Russian. An atmospheric place, very national.
Be sure to order kutabs. They are divine. Azerbaijan will become closer and clearer to you here, and it seems that its essence is here. You will forever fall in love with this cuisine and the edge. Delicious, affordable, atmospheric, and soulful.
Authentic national cuisine, polite and helpful waiters, an adequate price tag. I recommend gutabs, semi-sweet wine, and shah pilaf (if you can eat at least half of it). Definitely ready to visit!!!
Taste and color! In our subjective opinion, the usual average place, prices are slightly above average by local standards.
The chicken was over-dried. They offered lemonade - they didn't look at the menu, it just cost space - more expensive than a meat dish.
Probably (!) a normal place, but my friends and I were twice unlucky with a barbecue. The most disgusting thing is that the admin of the hall does not even want to hear reviews of the dishes. Like, "it's okay, no one's complaining." A strange reaction. We won't go any more, and I won't recommend it to anyone.
We ordered firuz lemonade, the cost is 16 manats.they brought it in a cheap glass jug with a chip, the waiter, after we ate the salads, simply shifted the appliances (usually they are changed to new ones) to three dishes, the price is too high.I gave two stars for the interior.
The service and atmosphere are just super , my husband liked the dishes , but I didn 't really (maybe I made the wrong choice (dolma and eggplant salad )
It's just Wow! An excellent restaurant, the level of approach was simply amazing. Special thanks to the waiter Emin for the warm welcome and service. I did everything qualitatively, periodically approached - I asked about drinks and whether they needed to be poured into bakals. I even filled up the napkin holder when there were only a few napkins left. In a word - a professional! We also ordered lamb ribs for two (95 manats), as a result: Emin came out, melted a nitrogen cube with warm water, while the Chef brought a huge piece of meat and began to cut into ribs. 13 ribs came out, the meat is very gently fried, about “Medium Rare". In general, the Muscovites who have eaten too much (like me) will definitely like it!
We were at dinner. We decided to try shah-pilaf. He's gorgeous, the pitch is interesting. Very tasty piti soup, too, with a peculiar serving. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. A good place to spend the evening.
The food was absolutely average, there was nothing very tasty. Good coffee and cheesecake. The salad had a long thick, centimeter in diameter, stalk of some kind of grass, the food was unsalted, the waiters were slow.
3 stars for the authentic interior - that's all we liked about this place.
This is the first restaurant we visited upon arrival in Baku. It is located in the very center. The interior is in the national style, interesting. Everything that was ordered from the menu was delicious: dyushbar soup, pilaf, kutabs, salads. I liked everything so much that we came a second time.
A pleasant atmospheric establishment. The menu is varied, the price tag is above average. The staff is polite and fast.
They came in twice. We tried pilaf, salads, gurza, roast meat, calzone. The taste is rated at four (not impressed, but not disappointed).
We recommend you to try the local Savalan wine line and Hurdalan beer.
The leader of the guidebook ratings, and rightly so. The prices are moderate, the food is delicious, the service is a little chaotic, but in the dry residue the dolma is delicious (on the chicken with the smell of mutton), the kutans are luxurious (especially with pumpkin and walnut), the dyushbara is wonderful, the barbecue salad is delicious, but not spicy. It's worth coming to taste the local cuisine!
An atmospheric place! Guests should visit. Excellent national cuisine. Decoration in the national style. Convenient location on the Shopping area. After the restaurant, you can take a walk.
We came to Firuza on the advice of friends and did not regret it. The interior is interesting, the service is good, the food is fast, although the load was full.
A little more expensive than average, but the portions are decent. And most importantly - very tasty.
Therefore, I put 5 plus.
A wonderful atmospheric restaurant in the center of Baku! Where you can introduce guests to the actual Azerbaijani cuisine and culture. Special thanks to the waiter Elnur for the excellent service and sincerity.
