"Luxury" is on the verge of kitsch. An institution with a beautiful idea, but with a budget implementation in the worst sense of the word.
The idea is Italian + Japanese cuisine in their Ukrainian manifestation. In fact, they save on ingredients, try to impose additives for a lot of money (without announcing the cost), you can wait for both the waiter and the dishes for a very long time. The taste of the dish is unpredictable - it can be anything, up to absolutely inedible. But it's inexpensive + a lot of shares.
In general, it is a good place for a student to take a young lady on a date, but there is no self-respect there.
Terrible service.
Empty terraces, but we can't "seat a company of 8 people on the street", go into the hall (it was in the summer, and I didn't want to go into the hall at all)
They put all the dishes one on one, and it doesn't matter that there's nowhere else to put them, and the table is full.
The horror!
