By no means a restaurant! There is no food, only coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The coffee is moderately bitter, pleasant. When ordering, I wanted mocha, but it was not available, I had to take a latte. The interior is nice, there is a landing on the street, in the hall and on the second floor.
