Disorganization... fresh only at corporate parties, the food is not fresh on weekdays, business lunches were returned several times, in principle, we no longer visit this "restaurant". Once we went in for coffee with friends in the evening, at about 9 o'clock, the music was just playing softly. They came up to us at 9 and asked for money for the show program. We are (shocked): So where's the show program? They: it starts at 10, but from 9 entrance is paid. Us: so we'll leave before 10. They: we don't know anything, these are the rules. We got up and left. We were practically kicked out. It's unpleasant and not logical.
We came here several times for lunch. The kitchen is quite acceptable. The waiters are friendly and cultured. Not a bad place in the city center.

Well, since you're positioning yourself as a restaurant, then let's discuss it. At the entrance to the "restaurant" hall, only empty tables are visible and no one from the staff is visible either. You can spend up to 10 minutes waiting for the waiter. While browsing the menu, the waiter returns and says, "if you only decided to drink coffee, then we can't do that," probably because the room is bursting with visitors and we need free tables (of course not). When ordering, you ask to bring drinks immediately, but drinks (regular juice with bonaqua) are prepared for 15 minutes. You can wait about 20-30 minutes for the order itself. Of course, there are three dishes, somewhere there is a lot of seasoning, somewhere it does not seem to be there, either overcooked or not cooked. After the meal, you need to go and call someone from the staff to make the payment for everything, as of course no one will approach you on their own.
The atmosphere is already "on fire". The "restaurant" is playing "Caste", "Vitya AK-47", a song from "Real Boys". Also, this "restaurant" does not seem to have any dress code, because in the "restaurant" you can see people in shorts, flip-flops, which does not correspond to the restaurant.
