In winter it can be cool next to the windows, but this is probably a common Kiev problem. :) The food is good.

Very long service, it's like entering the dining room of the 90s, and to go to the toilet, you need to take the key at the bar!!! and climb up to the 1st floor on the already familiar, shabby stairs.
