Traveling with my husband in Georgia and visiting the mineral waters Park in Borjomi, we decided to have lunch at the Old Borjomi restaurant. It was a gastronomic orgasm. Huge portions, the best kharcho in Georgia, delicious khachapuri in Adjarian style! Excellent waiters Lato and Chateau (I can make a mistake in spelling the names, I'm sorry). In general, delight! It is very expensive, khachapuri is too salty, khinkali without broth, undercooked, minced meat is not enough. Khinkali with cheese is terrible. I don't advise it, it's better to look for another place.

We were in Borjomi in June 2024, because we lived in a nearby hotel, we decided to have lunch at this cafe. We never regretted it, after which we returned several times. Wonderful pastries. Delicious soups and hot dishes. Everything that was ordered was delicious. We highly recommend this place. We also ate national dishes in other Borjomi cafes, but this turned out to be the tastiest.

The family ate there at the end of August 2023. From the ordered: Caesar salad - I do not recommend it (they have it consisting only of lettuce leaves, chicken and crackers. There are no tomatoes, the sauce is so-so in the salad) The hodgepodge is delicious, khinkali with mushrooms is delicious. Overall, the food is not bad. We ordered for 68 GEL. They brought us a bill for 156 GEL. After the trial, they brought it to 88 (+ Service fee). Conclusion: if you do not count how much you have eaten, then they will "heat up" in two counts.

The food is delicious, the national dishes are at the highest level. But apparently, due to the heavy workload of the restaurant, the waiters are not too efficient, attentive (they did not meet, they did not approach the table to remove dirty dishes). The table was sticky.

We came by chance to have dinner after the thermal waters. There were a lot of people in the room, and we decided that it should be delicious here. But how did we make a mistake ((we ordered two soups with meat (one with veal, the second I do not remember). So instead of meat there were all sorts of veins.
We ordered another chicken kebab, and they brought us a pan-fried chicken, with all of it overdone.
There was also khachapuri in Adjarian, well, not wow. They ate and tasted better. The dough itself was over-dried.
Only the pomegranate juice was delicious.
