I do not recommend contacting here . They do not know who they are cooperating with and which apartments they are selling. They have people who can sell you and quit in a week, then they throw you another manager who doesn't care about you. After you have transferred all the money for the apartment, they put a bolt on you. What you sign in the contract is Filkin's letter, nothing is fulfilled in the contract. For them, the main thing is to lure you and take money from you and that's it.
I'm telling my story about how this office sold me an apartment. I found them on the Internet , then the manager contacted me and started telling me everything in colorful and exorbitant prices for which you can then rent an apartment or resell . I bought into it and started thinking about buying an apartment, this manager started constantly calling and telling stories about the apartment that it was the best and everything would be great and he was always in touch. As a result, I decided to buy an apartment at the end of 2022 and transferred the money, after the purchase, this manager quit. And I was given another manager who didn't care about me. As a result, I started coming to the facility, the 10th floor was built and no one was engaged in construction. I started asking the manager what's the matter? And is everything okay? and he began to calm me down under various pretexts and I trusted him .
During this period, when no one has built the facility so far, I thought to issue a power of attorney for RestProperty so that after completion of construction they would rent an apartment for me, because it was easier for me and I am not in Turkey all the time. The manager did not start to dissuade from this idea, because he did not care and apparently this company wanted to cash in on this and as a result I issued a power of attorney 1 year has passed and no one has started to finish building. As a result, the manager writes to me and says the construction company does not want to finish building the object, you need to sue them. There were no apologies for such stress, for the time, and for the money paid for the apartment and the power of attorney. No payments , no compensation under the contract , which clearly states that if the construction is delayed , payment is made every month . The company has not done anything. After you transferred the money for the apartment, YOU are NO one and THERE WILL BE NO HELP. Now there are many people who have purchased apartments through this office, have now hired a lawyer and are suing. Once again, do not buy apartments through this office and do not make mistakes.

Caution! Scammers!
We purchased an apartment in Avsallar through restproperty and realtor Ilmira, from the infamous KNE yapi. The house was planned to be surrendered in March 2023, it is still not completed and is not going to be completed.
As it seemed, the developer paid commissions of 20 percent to realtors.
The realtors of this company absolutely do not care which fraudulent project or illiquid to sell to you, they are only interested in the amount of the commission.
It is not an easy task to return funds through the court, the cost of a lawyer's services is sky-high.
Contracts are concluded without a notary, in fact, this is Filkin's letter.
I highly recommend not contacting this company, for your money they will give you a project where you will lose all your invested funds.
All other reviews are usually fake. Don't get fooled!

We were planning to rent an apartment in Alanya. Disgusting attitude towards customers, they planned to rent an apartment, made an appointment to view the object, no one showed up for the meeting, waited in the heat for half an hour with a small child. No one called, wrote, or answered messages or calls. As a result, it turned out that they rented the apartment to a person who came a minute earlier (they made an appointment for him at the same time as us, although we arrived on time). Before making your first call to Rest Property, read how the scheme of work of this office works.
Reading the "rave reviews" of "satisfied customers", someone might think that so many people can't be wrong. In fact, all you read in the "reviews" are purchased reviews generated by bots. For what, for what, and for this Rest Property does not spare money. So this review will soon be "interrupted" by a 5-star "sugary syrup" in order to quickly go down in the output and correct the average rating.
In fact, the number of abandoned Rest Property clients is incalculable. While. I hope that sooner or later they will find each other and unite.
The question may arise: how does the office still exist, develop and open new offices, even outside Turkey? Everything is very simple. Advertising, marketing and PR technologies are doing their job. This is set at a high level by Rest Property. In fact, all the company invests in is sales and reputation management.
The realtors who work at the agency, in fact, are not realtors at all, but traders and traders. They do not have the necessary realtor knowledge. I even doubt that all of them have completed the necessary training and have the appropriate certificates required to work in Turkey. But they are powerfully trained for sales at regular trainings, during which they are taught various ways to influence the client, including psychological ones.
So, how it all works. As soon as you have made the first call (or ordered a callback), consider that you have already entered the so-called "sales funnel", along which you will be gradually moved until you part with your money. And at every stage of "working" with you, you will be convinced that "this does not oblige you to anything." In fact, they won't get off you anymore.
If you are not in Turkey, first of all they will give you an online presentation of the objects. In fact, this "online presentation" is needed in order to collect primary information about you, evaluate you as a person, and how to work with you correctly (age, gender, psychotype, your life situation - everything matters here). Immediately you will be caught on the main hook: "you do not pay anything to the agency, all our services are absolutely free for you."
As soon as the manager has established a personal trusting contact with you, he begins to pull you out for arrival. Of course, with the caveat that "it doesn't oblige you to do anything." Even if this was not part of your immediate plans, in a maximum of a week you will already be walking down the plane ramp. Even if you arrived in the dead of night, you will be met by a manager you already know, like a good old friend, and taken to the hotel in a cool branded Mercedes. That's where you fell deeper into the emotional trap. On the way from the airport to the hotel, you realize that the next 2 days have already been planned for you.
In the morning, you are served a "carriage" and begin to drive around the facilities. By the evening, when you have a mess in your head and you want it all to end quickly, your manager tells you, as if by chance: "don't forget, we have a rendezvous with a lawyer tomorrow at 14.00."
- "Which lawyer? What for? I haven't made a decision yet."
"It doesn't oblige you to do anything. You'll just get to know each other, and he'll tell you how the deal is going. This is a very cool lawyer, his time is expensive. The agency has already paid for the rendezvous. If you don't go, I will be severely punished," the manager tells you with tears in his eyes.
So you have moved up another level in the "sales funnel". Then, as in a dream. You are brought to the office of a "cool lawyer" with a view of the Bosphorus. Puffing out his cheeks, he begins to tell you what you need to do to complete the transaction. Everything has already been decided for you. Objections are not accepted. You listen to all this rather distantly, until you are informed that the notary is already waiting for you to issue a power of attorney.
You remind the manager again that you haven't made a decision yet, and it's too early to talk about a power of attorney. And again: "This does not oblige you to anything. Let it be, just in case, so that you, if anything, do not have to go to the deal. If you change your mind about buying, you will take it away." But then you will realize that the power of attorney "just in case" cost you 300 euros, and that the power of attorney in Turkey cannot be simply taken away. It must be withdrawn from the notary, paying the same amount.
No sooner have you returned home and digested everything that happened, "your" manager starts bombarding you with calls and urging you to make a decision. So you have advanced to the final level of the "sales funnel". They begin to move you to make a decision about buying a specific object, making it clear that only it fully meets all your requirements, everyone else has their own "buts". In fact, you are being moved to the facility where the developer promised them a commission above the market. As a rule, these are "rotten" projects that not every self-respecting realtor will agree to work with. But for Rest Property, money doesn't smell.
In order to encourage you to make a decision as soon as possible, various tricks are used: "interesting lots are flying apart", "the developer raises prices next week", "I knocked out an individual discount for you and fixed it with a deposit of my money" and so on…
And so, you are already, drowning out your inner voice and common sense, transferring money to the developer. All. The "sales funnel" has spat you out. From now on, you are no longer interested in Rest Property. Now they will not bombard you with calls, but you will bombard them. Because the developer turned out to be a con artist who has not built a single facility yet. Because in return for your money, he is not going to issue property documents to you. Because everything is mortgaged and re-mortgaged.
And what about Rest Property? And Rest Property throws up its hands and says that it's your fault. It was your choice. Now your road is only to the court, they tell you, and offer to contact the same lawyer "with a view of the Bosphorus", who shares with everyone. Yes, the trial is long and expensive, but your case is right. Go ahead. We can't help you anymore.
Probably not all deals are like that. Someone is lucky and everything goes smoothly for someone. If you want to play this roulette, contact Rest Property!

I purchased an apartment in Alanya through Rest Property at the end of 2022. Hello! I wanted to share my story of buying apartments in Alanya through the RestProperty agency. Initially, they asked for help from 5 different real estate agencies, considering that in this way it would be possible to solve the problem of housing selection as quickly and inexpensively as possible. But, unfortunately, we quickly became convinced that this search option was absolutely wrong: in most cases, agencies aggressively offered "stale" options that absolutely did not meet the search criteria we indicated, or offered the same options, but also with an additional commission.
