I went to the reception and paid for 2 more days, but no longer the standard for 7, but comfort for 8.5. As I worked, the situation changed and I needed to leave on Tuesday for yasinovataya aa and then to Moscow. I came in on Monday evening (for the actual days from Tuesday to Wednesday it was 12 o'clock) and asked for a refund. To which I was refused with the justification that the LNI would not find clients in such a short time. Although Clause 1 of Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation also establishes that the customer has the right to refuse to perform the contract for the provision of paid services, provided that the contractor pays the expenses actually incurred by him.
