Заказывал вызов мастера на дом для починки стиральной машины.
Позвонил в 14:30, договорились, мне сказали в течении "2х часов подойдём".
Время 18:30, никто не пришёл и не позвонил.
Ок, позвонил сам, что бы узнать в чём проблема. Ответили: "мастер задерживается" и предложили на другой день переназначить.
Для меня совсем не понятно, в чём такая большая проблема была позвонить и предупредить об этом, звонок занимает минуту.
Полное отсутствие профессионализма уже на стадии вызова на дом. Не рекомендую.
