Disgusting attitude towards the guests!!!! We decided to stay at the hotel, because it says that there is a forest nearby, but in fact there is a highway nearby, through which there is a steep mountain with trees and garbage! You can only get to the center by taxi, but this is not a problem, the problem is that they do not have child seats, and we are with a baby. This was the main argument why we wanted to leave and not pay for the remaining days, but the hotel did not meet us!!! To this was added a very Dirty room (by the way, the presidential suite), which also has torn bathrobes (all 4!!). Spa is one name. The saunas are all shabby, smelly, and cold. One massage therapist for the whole hotel! Stay at another hotel, don't make a mistake!
