The restaurant is located on the 23rd floor of the hotel in the city center. Chinese and traditional Kazakh cuisine. The restaurant is spinning, making a full turn in 2 hours. Panoramic, the whole city is visible. The menu is electronic on the tablet. Live music. I really liked the atmosphere and the Chinese cuisine. Good service. But there is a stereotypical attitude of the staff, we meet on show-offs. I did not like the Chinese tea teguanin, it was poorly brewed and the kettle cooled down quickly. It was not obvious, since I am a connoisseur of Chinese tea, when I went to a good Chinese restaurant in a Chinese hotel, I would not get good Chinese tea. Also, since the table was not booked, but the restaurant was practically empty on a weekday late at night, we were seated in front of the entrance on the aisle, which did not spoil the mood, but did not add to the impression of the restaurant.

The restaurant positions itself as a good place, fine Chinese cuisine.
After today's visit, I can say with confidence that I simply could not find a place where everything is so terribly tasteless. People!
There is no Chinese cuisine from the word at all. You are being fooled!
For a very decent price tag, moreover.
The portions are small, you wait for dishes for an hour or even more.
And the most important thing is that everything is tasteless and bland, there is no Chinese peppercorn, delicious sauces, playful spices, chicken in sweet and sour sauce seems to be cooked from a bag of maggi, the batter is incomprehensible, papery and disintegrating into pieces, dough. I'm silent about beef, as they say, let's remember. The shrimps are rubber, fresh.
Of the 6 dishes, in 2 hours of waiting, with grief in half, 4 were brought to us. We went to Beijing for wood mushrooms along the way.
We ordered wine for the mood. The waiter spilled 1/4 bottle on the table, and at the same time on me. I had to wash my clothes in the toilet. Well, there was something to change into. But come on, it happens, they made a thousand apologies, they endured.
We made a discount on the general receipt, at least something.
The receptionist did not even come up once. The poor waiters were panting.
The only advantage of this place is the view of Astana.

The service was very disappointing. When leaving the elevator, the hostess asked us a very strange question "Are you into Mint?", what kind of questions are these?! I should have gone there...Further, there was a disregard for the female sex from the waiter, which was even more annoying. When asking the waiter about drinks, for example Chinese teas, he does not have any information at all, I will not even comment on the dishes (thank God I am not allergic). There are no interesting wines (I took the food with me, at home I can already see all the sauce leaked into the bag, well, at least you can make a normal package?! I returned to the service 10 years ago. If you want to have a good time feeling like a welcome guest, then you should think about another place. Disgusting!
The beautiful view of the city is overshadowed by stains and dirt on the windows.

It's a beautiful place. The Peking duck is simply excellent. Also, on the recommendation of a local specialist, the rest of the breaded duck was additionally served. A gorgeous all-round view of the city.

Panoramic rotating restaurant on the 24th floor of the Chinese hotel. And the interior itself is also decorated with Chinese motifs. Chinese cuisine is presented on the menu along with others, but it was tasted very tasty. The service is polite, the waiters are attentive, we did not have to wait, everything was brought quickly enough. The view is the best in Astana, the rotation is almost imperceptible, a full circle in 2 hours.
Minus a star for the inconvenient menu on the tablet and the lack of declared positions in the wine list.

A pleasant restaurant, the cuisine is naturally with an emphasis on Chinese dishes, but being in Kazakhstan and not trying the national cuisine is a crime, and here you can try and appreciate not only Chinese cuisine, but also local. We ordered a bishbarmak with my husband, the portion at first glance does not seem very large, but this is a deceptive impression, the portion is very large, we hardly overcame it all, but it is very, very tasty! The staff is very caring and attentive. I recommend visiting this restaurant for another reason, the restaurant rotates, and if you have enough time, you will not only satisfy your gastronomic tastes, but also enjoy the landscapes of Astana from a bird's-eye view.

Wonderful menu, excellent work of the chefs, stylish interior, magnificent views But!!!! All this is crossed out almost completely due to the ugly service!!! The waiters work slowly, the restaurant is full, there are few staff to serve the guests. The waitress could bring the dish, put it on the next table, go somewhere and come back in 10-15 minutes!!! She did not answer any questions intelligently, neither about the dishes, nor about the restaurant itself, but she could not tell anything. Closer to completion
In the evening, I was not too lazy to go to the receptionist and express my dissatisfaction with the service. They apologized to me listlessly and offered drinks or dessert for the light of the place. I chose two coffees. And then we got tired of waiting!!!! After about 15 minutes, they just left without waiting for coffee. It's an outrage and a disgrace. A spoiled evening. Although everything was not bad from the very beginning: and a great location, and the originality of the rotation and delicious dishes… That's it!

An old restaurant with cockroaches, it's hard to sit, because of the strange sound when it moves, it shakes as if it collapses, the food is not very tasty, something from stale products, one star only for the view from the window, and so does not even deserve one star.

Judging by the advertising in the elevator and the menu, the restaurant is aimed at an audience that likes Chinese cuisine. However, the dishes served to us did not differ in anything special. To be honest, the soup and salad were bland, but it was not possible to find salt and pepper on the table. I had to turn to the waiters for help. We had lunch here and had dinner here on different dates because we stayed in a hotel in the same building. But, I don't remember the kitchen with anything special. The main feature of this establishment is a panoramic view from the window and a rotating floor. I note that the breakfasts here are quite dense, hearty and good, but you have to come early otherwise there will be nothing left :-)
