Initially, the Moser Residence was conceived and built for the sale of apartments. And of course, first of all, for the rich, in their opinion, Russian-speaking citizens. But the crisis broke out. Plus, the authorities do not have a very good attitude towards Russians. Sales have stopped. Russians bought few apartments (I know the exact number), mainly Czech companies and a few private local individuals. Therefore, we found a way out. They offer rental housing. The approximate cost per month is 15,000 CZK. The apartment has everything: refrigerator, stove, dishes. Who is interested in this Residence, like buying an apartment, there is a photo report at the bottom. Additionally, for those who live in the Residence, there is a swimming pool, a gym. Parking on the street and under the building in the underground garage. Prices need to be clarified - everything changes quickly. The complex is fenced. Entry by car with passes. The residence was named after the Moser glass factory. It is located behind the fence of the complex. And this territory once belonged to a glass factory. The photo shows the view from the window.
