We were just delighted with this cozy hotel! Amazing home environment and very hospitable hosts. Nikolai cooked breakfast himself every morning, always trying to surprise and please with something. The room is clean, the bed is large with a comfortable mattress. The room offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a restaurant with very tasty Georgian food right across the street. Most of all, the hotel was hooked by its atmosphere and the friendly attitude of the owners. We hope that we will be able to come again!

A wonderful place! We were traveling to Georgia and decided to make a stop, relying on reviews. And you were not mistaken, this is a wonderful hotel, very clean, pleasant, the beds are snow-white and soft as clouds (that's what the child said). Very hospitable hosts, very attentive and kind, love their job and it feels good. On the way back, we specially stopped at the same hotel, because we really liked the atmosphere and comfort, emotions, as if I had come to visit my relatives). Super fat plus BREAKFAST!!! It is included in the price, it is prepared with love, the assortment is amazing, everything is fresh and very tasty! I want to come back again and again!!! A small, cozy hotel. There were a group of 15 people there, they conducted a retreat. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable people, they took care of us like family. All the peculiarities of the guests' meals were taken into account, everyone was fed tasty and satisfying, and many dishes of Georgian cuisine were tasted there.
The owners of the hotel organized a tour, transfers, helped us find delicious churchkhela (not from the store) and wine.

We travel a lot , but this hotel left an indelibly pleasant impression in every sense 🔥location , cozy rooms with beautiful views ,fireplace, elevator 👏 delicious homemade food , I had a birthday and wanted to celebrate 🥳 in the mountains , when the owners found out about it , there was wine and barbecue and pleasant company , like as if we have known each other for a long time , sincere conversations until the morning 😍 on the way back from Georgia , we have already specially allocated a day to meet with Daria and Nikolai , thank you very much for your hospitality and good luck ) we wish you prosperity and really want to see all this beauty in winter , I recommend it to everyone , and who ⛷️ 🏂 steep slopes and a ski lift 100 meters away

I'm just starting to realize that our gurney trip to sunny Gudauri is over. There were more than 40 people in the group.
* Wheelchair.* The ski lift is 100 meters away. Excellent, comfortable trails, there wasn't much snow, but it was possible to drive!
*Accommodation* . Reality has exceeded expectations!
A small family hotel, newly renovated, all rooms are decorated in different colors, good mattresses, high-quality linen, elevator. A bar, a living room with upholstered furniture, karaoke, 2 microphone stands, amplification equipment, a piano, a guitar - everything for the manifestation of talents!
*Power supply* . European breakfast with a Georgian twist. Scrambled eggs, omelette, boiled eggs, sausages, sour cream, butter, cottage cheese, matzoni, two types of cheese, delicious tea, pear and dogwood jam ...
For dinner, new dishes from Georgian cuisine were served, each time with a welcome glass of delicious wine from the owner Nikolai.
* April* . Every evening was interesting and varied in interests, dancing, concerts, singing a cappella, crocodile and mafia. In general, it was not boring.
* The attitude of the hosts* .
Not every family cares so much about guests!
The general opinion is that if heaven gives you the opportunity to go to Gudauri for the second time, then only to Daria and Nikolai! Thank you so much from the whole group for taking care of our vacation.

The friendly, hospitable hosts greet the guests themselves. Athletes are welcome here. We travel by bike, they have a separate, secure place in the house, which was important for us. The cost of housing is pleasant, there is a restaurant nearby and a great view of the mountains. We were fed a delicious breakfast. Another advantage of the excellent condition of the hotel itself: good repair, comfortable beds, no problems with water. If a company arrives, there is a place on the ground floor where everyone can sit together. The place is determined, I want to advise))

We express our deep gratitude to Daria and Nikolai Revazovich for a great vacation! Magnificent views, a warm welcome, delicious breakfasts and lunches - all this you will find here. The staff consists of great people who always treat all the guests with respect and are ready to help. Real Georgian hospitality is felt in this place.
On the plus side:
The Shino Ski Lift is a 3-minute walk away
Magnificent views from the rooms and lobby
Activities for guests from the hosts
Of the disadvantages:
Low water pressure in the shower
In general, everything was much better than expected. Requests for an early breakfast or a late dinner were responded to immediately, and a little brazen late arrivals from parties did not find a negative response.

On weekends, evening skiing is present (on one of the tracks in new Gudauri, 2h. 35 lars, you need to purchase a separate ski pass). A very gorgeous landscape opens up from the mountains. Many thanks to Daria and Nikolai for their hospitality! Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, pleasant communication! This is our first time in Gudauri, our family went skiing in January. We were pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the hosts, Nikolai helped us move our things, as our car did not pass due to the large amount of snow near the hotel. Clean and cozy rooms, beautiful view from the window, the first floor is very cozy, with a fireplace. The lift is very close, 3 min walk. In general, we visited like relatives, the atmosphere is so relaxed!

A magnificent hotel. We chose them based on reviews. Check-in was late. The hostess Daria fed us all. I cooked meat, side dish, salad and all this in just half an hour. Everything was fresh and very tasty. We were with children aged 8 and 18, and everyone was satisfied. The rooms are clean. The view of the mountains is fabulous. We need to come here in winter. I recommend the hotel.

A good hotel to start your trip in Georgia. We stayed in August for one night in a family room. The hospitable hosts Daria and Nikolai served a delicious dinner. On the ground floor there is a dining area and a seating area with sofas by the wood-burning fireplace and access to the outdoor terrace. There is a place to sit with a glass of wine or tea from the samovar.
A multi-course dinner, we had a salad of fresh vegetables, delicious kharcho, ojahuri, lobiani with beans.
Watermelon for dessert. Really good saperavi and kindzmarauli. They cook everything themselves, very tasty.
In the morning, a good hearty breakfast with national flavor and tea from the samovar on the terrace.
We lived in a family room with a double bed with a comfortable elastic mattress and a bunk bed, the child liked to sleep on the 2nd floor. Spacious shower room, hot and cold water running well. Clean and comfortable. Great view from the window.
I wanted to stay for a few days, but the route was already scheduled.
On the way back to Russia, we stopped for a wonderful lunch.
We will try to come for a longer period of time to take a walk in the surrounding mountains.

We came in the summer. Excellent rooms, convenient location. A wonderful warm atmosphere of family hospitality. The owner of the hotel is very attentive to the guests, who will tell about all the nuances to the newly arrived tourists. We will definitely come now in winter to ride. Boarding the cable car in the backyard of the hotel!
It's an amazing case when we seem to have stopped in an unfamiliar place, but it's as if we got to distant relatives who have something to talk about and listen to.
Yandex is really drawing the wrong check-in. The right one is just down the road.
There is a supermarket and a gas station with a good diesel nearby.

In February, we came to the hotel with friends. The place is gorgeous. Nikolai and Daria are very hospitable. The hotel is located next to the ski lift. The food is the most delicious. Homemade wine, khinkali, khachapuri. There were 10 days and every time there was a new dish for dinner. We went down the mountain for lunch. On the mountain, of course, the prices are high. The slopes are wide, and we were very lucky with snow. It's not the first year we've been coming. And every time there are only positive emotions. Thank you very much!!!!!

The atmosphere is very friendly. Nikolai and Daria greeted us like old friends, offering us a drink of wine, which was very difficult to refuse. We sat, talked about everything, drank great wine, ate Georgian cheese and tomatoes, The evening was perfect! We wanted to say a big thank you to Daria and Nikolai for their hospitality! Even before we arrived, we called Daria and she explained everything to us in detail, so it felt like we were going to friends. And really, we felt like visiting friends with them! The words "Do to people in everything the way you want them to do to you" are definitely about them!
If you are looking for a cozy hotel in the mountains with hospitable hosts, then you are definitely here! The location of the hotel is very good - right in the mountains, between Verkhny Lars and Tbilisi. It will be convenient to get there by car. But on public transport, of course, not very much - only minibuses, and they do not run according to schedule (but these are no longer questions for the hotel). There are lifts nearby (you can say right under the windows). We were in the summer, climbed them into the mountains and walked there. The hotel itself is very nice both inside and out. On the ground floor there is a common recreation area with a large TV - you can relax and watch movies. We had a room with a balcony: spacious, clean, and a bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress!!! Well, about food. Breakfasts are included (different and delicious every day) and dinners were ordered separately. Nikolai and Daria cooked the food themselves and it was sooooo delicious! In general, we really liked everything, exactly what we wanted! We advise you, you will not regret it

A very nice guesthouse! The owner is kind and helpful. I liked the relaxed atmosphere on the ground floor: there is a large TV, comfortable sofas and armchairs. Canteen. I want to express special thanks for the delicious tea and khachapuri. We had a two-bedroom suite. Everything is clean and comfortable.

On the recommendation of friends, we decided to spend a week (12/29/2022-01/5/2023) at the Rezohut Guest house. Go skiing, celebrate the New Year, admire the mountain landscapes of Gudauri, which open from the windows of the rooms and from the wonderful terrace, which you can go out in the morning after a delicious and hearty homemade breakfast with a cup of coffee.
First of all, I would like to note the cordiality and comfort with which the hosts and all the Rezohut staff, without exception, surround the guests. Clean, well-maintained rooms, comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, it was very comfortable for us to be in the room. In the evenings, after a hearty dinner, which often includes the most popular and delicious dishes of Georgian cuisine, as well as a glass of fine homemade wine, some kind of program was organized. We sculpted khinkali, made churchkhela, sang guitar songs, played board games or just chatted. It is also important that a lot of interesting people and creative people come to Rezohut. In general, you can't help but like Rezohut!

We are already on our third day at Rezo Hut and there is no limit to our joy! Kind and hospitable hosts feed us breakfast and dinner to the brim (included in the price). Homemade Russian and Georgian cuisine. There is a bar, a large sitting area with a fireplace. Board games to choose from. A warm room with a very comfortable bed and a sunrise through the window. Great location! The lift is a 2-minute walk from the porch. There is a rental, a terrace, a barbecue.
