Delicious, Delicious, Delicious! Thank you for such wonderful burgers, they've never tasted better! The staff is clean and friendly! I wish there were more such establishments in Lugansk!

The lack of service here is top notch. The work schedule on the door of the establishment is indicated from 9. I went in for coffee and a snack at 9, the boorish cashier with a dissatisfied face said that they were still closed, the cook did not come, and everything was turned off! But how should I care? I didn't come after hours and didn't demand to be fed. In normal places, the staff comes at least 10-15 minutes before the opening to prepare the hall for the reception of guests! Disgusting!!! Incompetent employees ruin the reputation of the institution!
