In July, together with the children, I attended a 3-day tour to Almaty through the Rocket Go company. I really liked the hotel where we were accommodated and the food. The Kazakhfilm Hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay in. For use, we were provided with a room for ironing clothes, as well as an office with Wi-Fi, where we could complete some of our work. The food was always delicious. I really liked the woman guide who accompanied us on all trips. She managed to tell us a lot about the city, its buildings and development. I really liked that before each tour she gave recommendations on clothes. Thanks a lot to her, thanks to her, I changed my sandals for moccasins for a tour with the waterfall. I can't imagine how I would walk on the slippery stones of the waterfall in sandals. This tour turned out to be very memorable. Subsequently, I recommended this trip through the Rocket Go company to my friend - and she was also satisfied. The only thing I didn't like about the trip was the expectation of constantly late tourists. It would be good to introduce a 10-minute waiting rule, after which the bus leaves the place. Someone was always late. The disorganization of people never ceased to amaze me

I went to the launch of the Soyuz rocket on November 21st. Let's start with the pros. This is one of the lowest prices on the market. There was a good connection with the organizers, I made a 30% prepayment and paid the rest upon arrival. For this + 2 stars. Now to the cons: - no one warned me where I would live (as a result, someone was settled in a luxury hotel, someone in a student dormitory) - no one warned that only Beeline works in Baikonur!!!! I have 2 bodies and I was generally without communication for 3 days, since there was no wi-fi in the hostel - the organization of a tour for 3 days and one does not differ at all only in accommodation and the opportunity to walk in the city of Baikonur. Because in any case, the whole program will be on one day only. The schedule on the website contains completely different information - transport. This is generally a problem. I was picked up from Kyzylorda in a 96-year-old Mercedes in average condition. But they are looking for drivers from indriver. And they drive 140-150 on the highway. The transfer to the cosmodrome deserves special attention. It was a woman who seemed to be driving for the first day. Because of her, we got into an accident on an empty road!!!! I attach photos of the damage to the car. There was ice on the way back to Kyzylorda and we were driving the same rear-wheel drive Mercedes with summer tires. By God's help, we got there. - An excursion. The guide Vladimir told only a couple of minutes of all the information and that's it. The rest of the time he was dealing with some issues on the phone. And when you ask about something else, he just ignores or answers sluggishly so that I just fall behind. It was very disappointing to learn from other guys who had another guide that he told them everything all along the train and showed them more photos. So I definitely don't recommend this guide. Still, I am very grateful to this company that I was able to see the rocket launch live. Thank you. I wrote this review so that others would understand what to face when buying a tour and be ready for it.

I liked the tour! Thank you for the pleasant human attitude and the willingness of the organizers to help with any questions. It's cool that there was a "special" cosmonaut in the group. Baikonur is beautiful and very interesting. I want to come again and see what we didn't have time to do this time.
