This is my 3rd time at this hotel.
Breakfasts have become objectively worse over the year: eggs are the only scrambled eggs to order, but they are tasteless, or a "rubbery" kind of omelet from the buffet. Omelets with cheese or ham are no longer served to order, and boiled eggs are also not available. Porridge is more like soup, the bread is stale. And if you arrive an hour before the end of breakfast, then there is no longer even delicious food, no one will take out a new one and they will say that you have been sleeping for a long time and you need to come earlier. And the fact that there should be food before the end of breakfast is apparently of no interest to anyone.
You have fulfilled almost any culinary whim, everything was delicious and wonderful with the cuisine last season, what happened, and how was this allowed?!?! Breakfast for a snowmobiler is the most important thing, but here you go hungry.
The new room stock is good, there are a lot of outlets, but it's very hot and the temperature is not regulated in any way, just open the window.
There is still no place to hang out, the restaurant is pretentious and uncomfortable, you can't hang out in the lobby either, so people don't sit, they go to the next den.
The idea of an ecosystem for snowmobilers is just great, it's clear that a lot of effort and money are being invested, but the execution is not perfect yet, there is something to think about and work on, and perhaps something to change for the new season.

Гостил в этом отеле пару дней. Ресторан и лаунж зона просто шик по цене терпимо. Сушилка для одежды отличная. Сервис и гараж для техники тоже на уровне. Но сами номера по сути бюджетные а цена как за люкс. Надеюсь жильё подтянут качество к цене

So it was in January 2023: The best snowmobile hotel I've been to! The approach, organization and attitude are as they should be. It was very nice to visit, I will definitely come back! Thanks!
In the 23/24 season, prices were raised 1.5 times...it's not clear why yet)))...

Great hotel, great restaurant, huge fireplace. The staff is friendly and friendly! There is a ski slope nearby, there is a garage for storing snowmobiles, guides!!! Everything is great!

It is very tasty, the breakfasts and dinners are admirable))) Everything is clean and very stylish. The staff is always polite and correct under any conditions. The dryer is very comfortable, garage, sauna, massage, just a great place) One minus, if there are a lot of people and they drink in the evening in the rooms, you can hear very much) And if everyone went for a ride and after dinner they go to rest, then everything is first-class.

A hotel with very good rooms, service and excellent cuisine (large, and most importantly very tasty portions). This is probably the best sports and tourist hotel in East Kazakhstan region. But the prices here are appropriate (Above average). The only thing is that there is not enough entertainment for children (slides, swings, etc.)

The rooms are new, everything is nice and cozy. The restaurant cooks delicious, but the food is included - drinks and water are not included. The price of drinks is not adequate. It is forbidden to bring and drink your alcohol in the hotel. Wi-fi is free, but after three days it disappeared from the rooms, but it was at the reception desk. The feeling is not very adequate approach of the owner. Sauna , massage is good, the price tag is exorbitant. So everything is OK.

The hotel is super!!! The sauna is super! The steam room is better than in sandoons! The masseur Akhmet is a magician in general! Clean and comfortable! The room has everything you need!
