Yesterday, when I visited the RIEKER shoe store in the Castle shopping center, I was struck by the boorish service and violation of trade rules. 30-40 minutes before arriving at this store, I made a call to clarify the availability of the model and size, and they gave me a specific answer on the phone-the model and size are available. Arriving at the store, one of the sellers said that there was no such size, as this size was reserved for her daughter. Then I asked to at least try it on, so as not to go to another store in vain, to which it was said that I had specifically postponed a pair that was not measured, why should I give it to be measured. I asked again just to try it on, the answer just killed me again, I'll let you try it on only one leg. Of course, I understand that there are not enough sellers, they are working hard, but no one has canceled the rules of trade and just human relations. I always thought that very cultured girls work in all the shops at the Castle shopping center, unfortunately there is no longer any desire to shop in your stores
