After the opening, they certainly tried very hard, it is clear that they wanted to develop an image, and then turned into another HUNDRED. Our office is nearby, so we take turns going there when absolutely necessary, and I could write a lot of stories here that would rate it a HUNDRED C's, but I put 4, I do not lose hope that they draw conclusions from every joint. Do not hesitate to tell them if you are not satisfied with something, it helps to make any service better.

Everything is bad. I signed up for suspension diagnostics. Something was knocking very hard on any hole. They diagnosed and said that the stabilizer rod was knocking, it was necessary to change the bushings - the price was announced at 30p. I bought the bushings and sign up again to replace the bushings, the price is said to be 35p. I arrived on the same day, I say by appointment, I ask the price again, they say 40p. He reported that at the diagnosis they said the price was 30p, by phone at 35p, and in fact it was already 40p, while no one had done anything yet. They said we would do it for 30 rubles. They took the car to replace the bushings, lifted it, a locksmith came for 1 minute, turned the bolt and the car hangs for 15 minutes. Periodically, some people approach her. (I've been watching the camera all this time). They called me to the car, brought me and said that they had broken the bolt, and since the car is 10 years old and Korean, this is not surprising. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THEM, BUT! These are not garage coulibins, but a HUNDRED. Despite the fact that garage coolies do no worse, and sometimes even better. I'm looking at this rusty bolt, but it's not watered with anything, no WD40, no anti-rust liquid, they just came up and spun it on the floor, without doing anything beforehand, not in a swing, nothing like that. And this is the level of one hundred! Now they say your repair costs not 30p, but 250p. You need to remove the stretcher. And everything leads to the fact that I would have done it all myself. So that's what I'm getting at. It seems to be a good service station, and people are not bad, but they approach repairs irresponsibly. If they only know how to turn what turns and do not think before doing something, then I highly doubt the qualifications of specialists in this service station. It's good money, they didn't take it for a broken bolt). They also jump back and forth on the price, as if they take prices off their heads, it seems not on the market. By the way, it was NOT the stabilizer bar that was knocking, but the steering rack, the bushings turned out to be in good condition.
