I consider rude and boorish ladies at the checkout to be one of the disadvantages. They are annoyed by absolutely all customers! The store's management should have a conversation with them on how to communicate with customers! This is probably the only drawback of this store.

Usually there are a lot of people, passage is difficult, 2 ticket offices do not always work at the same time. There is an electric generator. It is open until 22:00, you may not be able to make it from a long tour.

I liked the cheesecakes - two types, I advise you to fry them, it turns out too loose in the microwave, as if you were eating semolina porridge, I liked the local sour cream in plastic jars, local products are very tasty: different cheeses, smoked trout, ice cream. The prices are almost the same as in Russia, something is more expensive. There are no bags for making soups, it is relevant there. The store is small, sometimes you can't turn around with carts and baskets. You can pay with bank cards.. We thank all the store staff for their good attitude towards customers!!!

I went to them for 10 days and endured, I think okay, since there are no other shops in the area and everyone goes to them, then everything is clear. But the last straw was communication with the management. I made a human offer for the product, the possibility of return is not perishable. That the elderly hostess didn't care that her assistant was passing by. I didn't even look at my face, I mumbled and just got out of it. I would understand if it wasn't the season, there would be a problem with returns, it's harder to sell, but now they are walking in droves. But that's not a problem, I'm not sorry, it's all pennies. The main thing is that they talk through their lips, they do not show respect, they talk rudely in a rude way. There is no desire to go to them, only forced. Next time I will try to go to another store. I love Abkhazia, but these workers and owners are not Abkhazians, there is no smell of hospitality, only our grandmothers are interested in the campaign.

Yesterday, on October 10, there was a story from which it is still disgusting. The saleswoman called me a thief for the whole store. And that's why: in her opinion, I stole!!! 3 disposable bags. I took them so that there was a place to put away various wrappers, since there are very few urns in this city. Garbage is lying around everywhere, but I'm not used to throwing garbage under my feet, so I had to "steal" these unfortunate 3 bags. I was stunned by her rudeness and brusqueness. I ask the management to take action. It is unacceptable to communicate like this with people who, just in case, are also customers. For example, I myself consider this cashier to be a thief, since she robs her owner, who, because of her boorish behavior, does not receive part of the profit. I never set foot in this store again. Although I'm sure these cashiers don't give a damn about it.

And for beer, and for milk, and for mineral water, and for dumplings and other bread I came here. The girls at the checkout are nice and friendly. Payment by card and cash. Everything is very decent, also the comfortable benches at the entrance are very in the theme. And the neighbors have a cool dining room with a very decent assortment of dishes and an adequate price tag. And all this is a 5-three minute walk from the very center of Pitsunda. I highly recommend it!
