The hotel is inexpensive, comfortable, and excellent.
They chose it to be cheaper and normal.
Location - in the center of Pattaya, behind the park, 15 min walk to the ferry to Koh Lan, Walking Street, Jomtien beach, market, 1-2 tuk-tuks to get to Tesco and so on. Grocery stores are nearby.
The rooms are not new, but in good condition, spacious. They clean it every day. Towels can be taken to the beach. They put water on, but we also bought it.
There is a kettle, cups, refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Food - breakfast from 7 to 11, hearty, delicious. It is more like a lunch with soup and meat than a European breakfast "only muesli".
There is always unlimited coffee and cookies at the bar, few places have it.
WiFi is in the rooms, but it catches better by the pool.
The pool is open until 23h. Even if later, they won't send you away. At night and in the morning they are cleaned and chlorinated. It's convenient, I came tired in the evening and I can swim.
Kondey is good, it's hard to fall asleep without him. We had it over the entrance, didn't blow on the bed, didn't catch a cold under it.
Funny design with gilding and ivy sofas in rhinestones. But you will understand that this is the Thai vision of beauty 😃

5 times in Thailand and 5 times we choose the Rita Resort hotel.I think that says it all.Quiet, clean,delicious,cozy,polite staff.For example, 7 eleven and a laundry room.Everything is gorgeous!!And this time there was also a bonus.

I had a rest from March 6 to March 16, 2023. The hotel is not bad, before that there was a year in 2016, the St. Petersburg girl was hoarding, as he (the hotel) I didn't look at it then, but now, after living in it, I can say, you won't regret coming, the only minus is the distance from the sea, I'm on a bike, so it doesn't matter to me. The breakfasts are normal, you will not stay hungry, I lived in room 603, the room is of course empty, but you come there to spend the night, so it is not critical, towels are changed every day, cleaning every day, water is put on every day, kettle, refrigerator, microwave in the room, parking is not large but there is.

Yes, everyone liked the hotel! 15 minutes to the sea. On the way from the sea to the hotel there are all kinds of snack bars where you can eat inexpensively and nutritionally, a shop, massage parlors. Well, who likes what. In the evening there is a night market and cafes. All of the above applies to the path from the hotel to the sea. And the hotel itself is quiet, calm, there is a nice, but small pool with aquamassage, a free cafe near the pool:tea, coffee, cookies. In general, it's wonderful.

We stay at this hotel every time we arrive in Pattaya. Friendly staff, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts. One of the main advantages of this hotel is its convenient location. Upon leaving the hotel, it is not a problem to take the songteo and get to the center within a few minutes. After crossing to the other side and catching a tuk-tuk, you are on Jomtien within 10 minutes. It is also convenient to get (with a transfer) to the morning fruit market next to the Colosseum.
There is a 7/11 shop opposite the hotel, where you can always buy and warm up a budget dinner. Also nearby is the so-called "Russian street", where there are tents with fruits at reasonable prices. The hotel has access to the park, through which you can go to Big Budda hill, which offers a good panorama for shooting urban landscapes. There is always a swimming pool, tea, coffee and biscuits for tourists.
We have just returned from Pattaya (04.12.19), where we stayed again at Rita. It is difficult to put into words our emotions when, on the day before departure, we entered the room and found such a declaration of love from the staff (pictured). We are eternally grateful to all employees. I want to go back there again and again.

A good hotel, good breakfasts, you definitely won't stay hungry). Large rooms, great view of the pool in the courtyard, there are many cafes nearby, I liked the cafe on the opposite side of the street, next to the cafe where they sell pizza. It's a long way to the sea.

The best hotel I've ever seen. Everything is luxurious, excellent service and a swimming pool, huge rooms, shops, cafes and a tuk tuk stop nearby, it's better to ride them to the sea, it's a long walk. The famous Volkin Street is also not very far away

I really liked the hotel! Comfortable enough, clean. 10 minutes from walking street, 10 minutes to the beach. The staff is friendly. Wi-Fi on every floor. If it doesn't work, just ask the reception to restart it. We were in September - there were few people. Beware of the Chinese - they are very very loud😂

A very cozy hotel. Friendly staff, of course they speak English, but you can always explain yourself even with minimal knowledge of the language. The breakfasts are delicious, there was always enough, if something ran out, they added it. Pool, coffee by the pool - in general, I really liked everything!!!
