Within 20 minutes after contacting the agency, the employee was already at the entrance by car, helped in organizing all issues , accompanied, and waited.First we went to the hospital to get our things and a death certificate, then he took us to social services, to the morgue, to shop for the funeral.We also stopped by the agency and chose everything necessary for the funeral, the prices are affordable.
