5 is equivalent ! Although far from the sea, there are many advantages! The bus runs all the time, through the center, no need to pay. Quiet place, clean, beautiful! The kitchen is good. Lots of funny noses. Constant animations .there is a cafe on the Beach, good sun beds. A great complex!!!

A cool hotel, it works on an all-inclusive system, gorgeous territory, green, nosy people run around the territory, the food is delicious, the rooms are cleaned every day, alcohol is updated every 2 days, everyone is very friendly and sociable, since the family hotel ends at 23-00, there are no discos, only a bar is open. The hotel is located in a closed area with permanent security. A special bus takes you to the sea every half hour, it takes 15 minutes to drive, there is also a restaurant and a small swimming pool. I advise you!!!

We had a rest in October 2021. A very nice hotel, cozy, with a beautiful green area, where nosuhi and agouti run around. The staff tries very hard - both with food, and with service in restaurants and bars, good room cleaning. Sooo delicious food, high-quality alcohol. Constant temperature measurement, there are sanitizers everywhere- even on buses. The animation is also good. A nice beach with snow-white sand, a restaurant and a swimming pool on the beach. We would love to return to this hotel. I recommend to relax there!!

We vacationed with my wife and friends at this hotel in December 2019. I liked everything very much, everyone is happy.Buffet, varied menu every day. Everything is included, food, drinks, alcohol, both in the hotel itself and on the beach, there is even a mini bar in the room and a refrigerator with water and drinks. Everything is included in the price of the tour!!! Beach: sand, palm trees, azure turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. There is animation both by the pool in the hotel and on the beach itself. A shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the beach every half hour, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive. Excursions are paid separately, you can have a hotel guide, you can have a third-party, a third-party is cheaper ...
We will definitely visit there again if given the opportunity.

I'll tell you how you like it, on the shelves:
1. The territory of the hotel is in a great location, near the golf club, everything is guarded outside the hotel, a fairly closed area.
2. Everything is clean and tidy on the territory of the hotel, there are wonderful animals, good pools.
3. The rooms are good, we had a view of the neighboring territory (golf club). Huge lizards and truly living pensioners from the USA and Canada were constantly observed there. Attention! The room has its own "mini bar", which is 5 bottles of 0.7 each (whiskey, rum, tequila, vodka and gin). For fans of the same, that's it)
4. The food at the hotel is simply divine, they always fed you till you drop, you just crawl out from the table afterwards and most importantly everything is cooked with a soul.
5. Drinks in bars also deserve high marks, cocktails are at a good level! The quality of the drinks themselves too!
6. The hotel staff serves at the highest level with due attention, even without tips, but tips, as NORMAL people understand for the work of such staff, it is advisable to leave.
7. Animation, every time is a SHOW! But keep in mind that it will be mostly Spanish and a little bit of English.
8. There is a club on the territory, but it is almost always empty, with the proper ability to organize events, everyone can be coordinated and gather a party.
9. The beach, you can get to it by bus, which starts from the main entrance, with its own flavor in the form of Spanish tracks and it's cool). It takes 5-10 minutes maximum to drive. There is also a bar and a restaurant on the beach, of course there is less food there, but you can also eat if you wish, the bar also performs its function quite well. There is a small swimming pool. There is a wide beach line, but we hit constantly large waves, the water is amazing, the sand is cleaned of algae.
10. Outside the hotel you can go to the market, there is a lot of everything, you can buy groceries at the 7 eleven store (if you wish, you can walk to Walmart), everything is cheaper in the hypermarket, including alcohol.
11. If you go outside the territory, then find ticket sales points on the Kazumel island in the market, ride on the water with a breeze on a huge catamaran), and rent a scooter on the island itself, there are parks and entertainment, very cool!
Bottom line: there are more pros than cons, unless of course you consider the downside that you have to go to the beach.

I liked the hotel, there are koati and kuati animals on the territory of the hotel, iguanas at the bus stop and on the golf courses. The restaurant has a large selection of freshly squeezed juices, excellent coffee, and delicious food. There is a shuttle service to the beach, it was every half hour, we were not very lucky with the beach, there were algae, the staff bravely fought with them. Friendly staff. There are three types of alcoholic beverages in the room, including tequila. The hotel is positioned as a budget 5*, for us it did not affect the quality of our stay. I remember my stay at this hotel with pleasure!!!

The hotel is pretty outdated, the food is not as tasty and varied as before. The bar is worse than 4 stars in Turkey. Very weak animation. One joy is volleyball, and the fact that the tape had to be tromped with sand, when there should be metal pins that are driven into the sand. For 10 days of rest, the hotel could not buy such an expensive thing....

A wonderful hotel. Noseheads and Agoutis roam the territory and beg for "sweets", and a fallow deer comes closer to night. In Lupita, alcohol is worse, lower in level than in other hotels of this chain. And another small minus, we can hang it on the paid Internet, since the hotel has free / free Wi-Fi, there is also a paid one. So, the connection to both paid and free Wi-Fi takes place through the same network. But when you log in to the network, there are two buttons: sign in and buy new. Here are our tourists who do not know English, got into a situation with the activation of the paid Internet, do not press the button: buy new. Our compatriots got into large sums.
