There are different types of hotels. Each hotel has its pros and cons. The Riva hotel has its advantages: it is cozy, has its own pool, its own parking, cleanliness, and a pleasant administrator.
The hotel had three floors until 2024. This year they have built 2 more floors and installed an elevator. We lived on the 4th floor. Therefore, the rooms are all new. Of course, there were not enough chairs and bedside tables in the room, but these are small things. Many of the rooms have their own good balconies, but we were not lucky. Of the restrictions: a small toilet. The neighboring guest houses look like a communal apartment, compared to Riva
Breakfasts: they are here. But, this is not a Georgian menu, but a la school breakfasts: porridge, bread and butter, bun.
Lunch can be ordered individually. It costs 10 GEL in 2024. For this money, you will not eat anything in Kobuleti, except shawarma. There's also dinner, but we've never gone to it.
Continent: most of the population is Belarus, there are Russians and Georgians.
Is it worth coming here: yes, if you have a limited budget. Yes, if you value cleanliness and want a separate parking lot. Yes, if it's important for you to have a rest by the pool at lunch or late at night. And the pool is also equipped with a footrest. Yes, if you need a relaxing holiday without a disco in the yard.
And the most important thing: close to the sea.
P.S. there is a laundry room of its own. They are allowed to check in, and pay later when the money has been changed.

A great place for a family vacation. Wonderful staff.
A beautiful, well-maintained building and a large territory. It is clear that the owners approached the arrangement with a soul.
I also want to mention separately very comfortable mattresses and white, crisp linen that smells fresh.
There is a cafe on site where they serve delicious food for a fee. Guests are also served a hearty variety of breakfasts, which are included in the price.
I will add, after 2 years. Sometimes I really regret my positive reviews and recommendations to friends. This year (2024) I couldn't get into the hotel, I had to take another one and every day I hear from the children that it was cooler in Rive
