An interesting project in Minsk. Cool identity, logo. Minsk is very short of cool, stylish coffee projects. We were glad that there was one - this is River. We came on the advice of a girl from a bookstore, we liked the coffee there, which we wanted to buy in the River. This is a special lot alcohol free Kenya gatomboya. Bright, interesting packaging. They took a pack with them to Moscow)
We asked the girls to grind grain for the purover, but there is one drawback, of course the girls were a little in a stupor, and I understand them, it is difficult to adjust the roaster to certain parameters. But they went forward and weeded almost as needed. The fragrance is a bomb.
It would be cool to develop the project further, work on a brandbook, make stickers, postcards of some kind, and of course expand production to drips and microlots. The project has a perspective. Good luck to the guys.

The best coffee in town. We always come here when we come to Belarus. I especially like their enzyme, which is very good and even better than a Welder.
The room is small, but also cozy. There are seats for both a company and 1-2 guests.

A decent coffee shop. They use the grain of their roasting. A diverse selection of grains, usually prepared to choose from two (varies). I tried Flat on Ethiopia Guji - it didn't go down because of the unusual berry taste. Purely tasteful. In general, the establishment is much more worthy of the vast majority with coffee.

Baking is just a fire! So fresh that my grandma would be jealous. And I'm ready to sell my soul for a lavender raf!
The atmosphere is cozy, clean and bright. There is a good Wi-Fi and a lot of sockets, so it's a pleasure to co-work there. I sat there in oblivion for several hours.
By the way, the guys not only make great coffee, but also sell it in beans / ground, you can buy it home.

I came here with a guy to try cappuccino and flatwaite. Here the grain is fried by themselves. There are two types: hotter (my favorite took it) and less bitter for herself.
