I had a rest at the hotel in October and I liked everything - I am not demanding in this regard because I prefer to return to the hotel only to take a shit and eat.
The hotel looks neat, beautiful, modern. A spacious hall, only 4 floors with an elevator, a huge dining space with a terrace on the street and by the pool, as well as indoors - there was always a place to eat and you didn't have to wait. Russian Russian is partially understood by the staff, and the girls at the reception are completely Russian and have never refused help or advice.
The view from the room was unlucky - it was on the next corner of the hotel, but as I said, it doesn't matter to me. The room itself is clean, spacious, and the cleaning was done every day. There was a hair dryer in the room, "soap and soap", except for paste and a brush, a safe and a refrigerator were paid and quite expensive, which was disappointing because everything was free in the hotel in Asia. Also, the operator forgot to tell me about another type of outlet and I had to buy them at the reception because they did not have a lease.
There was an adult swimming pool on the territory and a "paddling pool" next to it, but it seemed to me that the adult pool was not heated. There was an ironing room and a small playground.
As a result, I was satisfied with the hotel, minor problems did not spoil the rest.

The most amazing hotel in Ayia Napa🔥Everything is great in it💯💯💯 breakfasts/dinners are all delicious👌 Meat of different types, everything is fresh. Great music!The beautiful style of the hotel! Professionals work in their field - all are friendly and responsive. Excellent coordinated work of the hotel staff.
The hotel is in the very center, near the street of bars, shopping. Sea - 7 min. Nissi beach is 15 min by bus/ 7 min by taxi.
You can visit many attractions yourself by taking a bus or renting a car.
I hope to return 💯💯💯 and only to this hotel !

We were at this hotel from September 10 to September 16, 2022. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and did not lose. The hotel is gorgeous, all the reviews I read turned out to be true. The hotel is new, as we were told, it is 3-4 years old, everything is new, not patched, everything works, does not creak and does not fall off. The rooms are large, bright, modern, the whole hotel is very stylish, I am not a fan of pretentiousness, mine is minimalism and high-tech, a separate respect for designers. The staff is very friendly, everyone smiles, tries to help,solve all the issues, and even if something is not allowed, they try to find a compromise. The girls at the reception are Russian-speaking, very nice and friendly, they will answer any questions, they will always help. The cleaning at the hotel is excellent, everything is sparkling. We are in the morning (when our room was usually cleaned)they hung up a sign - do not disturb, they thought that they would not clean our place anymore, but the girl came later and cleaned up, reported tea, coffee, cream, shampoo and so on. A separate song is the hotel restaurant. It's a fairy tale, it's so delicious. European breakfasts: scrambled eggs, omelette,hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs,porridge,cold and hot milk,muesli, three types of sausages,two types of bacon, about four types of cheese,sausage,greens,vegetables, fruits,beans,toast,jams,honey,pastries,delicious coffee to choose from,juices,water watermelon and lemon. Dinners are like in a good, expensive restaurant. All kinds of meat, fish, a sea of fruits, about 5 types of cheese, including halumi,red chedar,white chedar,cheese with mold perfectly went with honey, pears and grapes. In short, it cannot be described, it must be tried. What else I liked is that there is no hustle in the restaurant, there are always places, there is enough for everyone.The location of the hotel is great, everything is nearby. If you go to the pier with yachts, then there are shallow stones, and if you walk a little along the beach, then there is a beautiful beach, without stones, with a normal approach. Nearby there is a municipal shower, toilet and access to the city, it takes about 7 minutes to walk to the hotel without hurrying. There were always free sun beds by the pool in the hotel, everything was new, not rolled up. We fell in love with this hotel and if there is such an opportunity, we will definitely return to it.

We rested here for the second time! Very good location, especially if you come to hang out 😄 bar street is 5 minutes away, very convenient! But we rode the bus to our favorite beach, but it didn't bother us much.
The rooms are clean and nice. Room cleaning is also very good!
The food is delicious! I really like the interior at the reception! And most of the staff knows Russian))

We stayed at this hotel in July 2021.
A ticket from St. Petersburg ( 2 adults + 1 child ) for 11 nights came out - 170 thousand .
Meals - HB (breakfast + dinner).
Location :
The center of Ayia Napa , but not as noisy as the main streets . Shops, car rental, the beach, the promenade and entertainment are just around the corner.
Hotel:
The hotel is not very large and has 3 floors. There is a swimming pool and about 25 sun beds, a gym, a children's corner (for kids), a bar. The floor is accessible by elevator.
If you take a car, then parking is free. But there are only 7-8 places for cars in it. We were often unlucky and everything was busy .
Rooms:
We were given a room on the third floor at the end of the building. The view is towards the construction site and the sea is slightly visible.
It turned out that this is a good option, since you can't hear the main noise from the street and the party people at the pool.
The room has a TV, safe (paid) , refrigerator (paid), balcony , shower. A 2-bedroom bed + a cot for a child. Everything was already ready for our arrival. We were settled in just a couple of minutes .
Food :
BREAKFAST .We had enough for 3-4 days , then we got tired of the monotony. Every day there are 3 types of eggs ( omelet, fried eggs, boiled ), beans, sausages, buckwheat or oatmeal porridge , vegetables , cheeses , fruits , yoghurts, tea, coffee and powdered juice . We are not very picky , but we got bored very quickly. Especially in contrast to the dinners.
dinner. Just because of the dinners , I put 5 . It 's just great. Every day is varied, a lot and delicious. For every taste. Desserts are freaky . Delicious fruits . BUT keep in mind right away that ALL drinks are paid for at dinner (pepsi -2.5 Euros, water - 2 euros, wine from 4.5 euros). You can't bring it with you or take it out, the fine is 15 Euros.
Staff.
There were no questions during the whole time . At the reception, everyone speaks Russian and English. At dinners and breakfasts, everything is clear and fast. The room was cleaned every day.
I think if I hadn't taken the dinners, I would have given no more than 4 stars. Respect to the chef!) I haven't been so excited about the buffet in a long time.

A stylish hotel. Tourists passing by in the evening are photographed against the background of the beautiful lighting of the hotel. We visited in 2019, and we had great chefs, they cooked very tasty, varied and interesting. The tourists liked it. I hope the chef and chefs team stayed working at the hotel. The pool is nice, clean, but there are no places where it is shallow, at the edges if you stand on tiptoe then under the beards. There is a tiny children's pool with fungus. The staff is nice and happy to help. Across the street down and at the intersection to the left to the sea in 7 minutes, if straight to the pier. A 10-minute walk to the center.

We really liked the hotel we chose. We were satisfied with our son. Convenient location. Close to the sea and the street where the nightclubs are located. The kitchen is wonderful for a three-star hotel. There are many different dishes, seafood. Pleasant music is always playing in the restaurant and at the pool. Kind and friendly staff. Convenient location to the beach, shops nearby. The food is varied and delicious. Cleaning, cleanliness, interior - I liked everything. We were in October 2018. From 10 to 25. The sea is warm. There is no heat. All day at the beach. Excursions were taken nearby, not from the operator. The room had access to the pool and we were quiet.!!! Please note that there are rooms, they are cheaper, that face the city street and they are located under the hotel bar. It was impossible for friends to sleep!!! The music is endless and VERY loud. That's why I'm betting four. This is a huge disadvantage for the hotel. Read the reviews carefully.

Very nice hotel! New, it can be seen in every detail: the hall, the rooms, the restaurant, everything is clean, beautiful, stylish! The food is good, varied and very tasty. They clean every day, even if you are in the room during cleaning, the cleaners will come later when you are not there and clean everything. Upon arrival, they check in if possible, if there are available rooms, they can check in (without extra charge!). The only drawback: the refrigerator and safe are paid. We only took the refrigerator - 15 euros for 10 days. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, the location is good, everything is nearby. I recommend this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel from August 30 to September 10, 2019, this is not the first time we have rested in Cyprus. This is the first time in this hotel, I was on vacation with my friends, everything is just great, I really liked the hotel, the friendly staff. Room cleaning every day, breakfasts are almost always of the same type. We took only breakfasts and dinners, as lunch did not interest us. There is a wide variety of dishes at dinner, everything is very tasty, but all drinks are paid. I removed one star only for the room.
I had to spend 2 nights in a room above the room where the staff is located.
The cleaners start yelling at 6 a.m. and you can hear it in the room.
The nearest beach is 10-15 minutes on foot.
There are stones at the entrance.
Nissi Beach is a 15-minute bus ride away. We walked once.
The food here is very tasty.
The breakfasts are good, but the dinners are something with something

Although it takes 15 minutes to stomp from the beach, but the chefs at the hotel are super. Although the breakfasts are somewhat of the same type, you can choose every day. But the dinners are just flying away, every day is different, everything is incredibly delicious! A direct bow to the chefs and the chef! I didn't even want to go out to dinner at local cafes.
We did not live in the main building, but across the street, in principle it is normal, the room area is decent, the bathroom has everything you need, cleaning for 4 c +. I recommend the hotel, if possible, I would not refuse to visit it again.
One more nuance. We had an early transfer, they picked us up at 6:45, so when ordering a lunch box on the bus, the reception said that we could come for breakfast at 6:00 and eat normally. It was a surprise for us, because breakfast was from 7 or 7.30, but by 6 everything was ready and we enjoyed breakfast fresh and hot. This is the first time I've seen such early readiness in my many trips. For this, a separate fat plus for the hotel.

A very beautiful and fashionable hotel! We have not been to other hotels in Cyprus, but after going around the whole area, we realized that of all the hotels, it is ours that attracts us. With its ultraviolet lights and music. In the morning it was just a nice cozy place, and in the evening it turned into something fascinating.
Everything is close, the food is varied.
All the staff knows Russian. However, as everywhere else in Cyprus, it seems to me. For most, this is undoubtedly a plus. But I personally really wanted to take a break from Russian speech and speak English. Well, not in Cyprus! It seems that only Russians live there at all 😆

Because of the night noise in the bar, which is heard in almost all rooms, and especially above the bar itself, I put 4* in the review. Everything else corresponds to a pleasant stay. It is 15 minutes to the nearest beach, there are enough cafes and taverns along the way so you don't have to be hungry. The hotel itself has a good European breakfast. There is something to feed small children. You can have dinner and lunch at the same hotel, which is on average the same prices as on the street. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. At the reception, you can order a taxi to more distant beaches, which I recommend, since the nearest one has a rocky entrance and only then after 10 meters of sand. A taxi costs from 8 euros.

The hotel itself is not bad, interesting design, good room, helpful staff. That's where the advantages end.
Minuses:
1) No noise insulation. Karaoke is yelling in a nearby cafe until one-thirty in the morning. It is impossible to sleep. Rest without healthy sleep is not rest..
2) if you eat right, do not eat fried, that is, you will have almost nothing here, only unripe tomatoes. The breakfasts are meager, there is a choice for dinner, but everything is very salty, spicy, there is nothing steamed..
3) there are no beach towels, which is probably why the hotel white towels are gray.
Today is the first day of rest, and I'm already upset about the choice of this hotel.

It's all good. The rooms are clean. Everything is new. A refrigerator and a safe are available for an additional fee of 10 and 15 euros per week. I think there's nothing wrong with the silence. The breakfasts at the hotel are good. There is a real oatmeal porridge with milk. It's great for kids. But in two weeks you will get tired of eating a relatively varied meal at the hotel. Therefore, I consider all inclusive or half board superfluous in this hotel. Just breakfast. One of the advantages is the location. Several beaches are available at once. The farthest is 1.2 km. The hotel staff is very friendly. The reception staff knows Russian. They help in any matter. A self-service laundry is 15 meters across the street. The shops are across the street. The room is cleaned every day. Towels are changed about every other day. At least with us.

The beaches have different bottoms. On good sand at once. I liked the food in the taverns nearby too. The average beer receipt is 20-30 per person. And at the hotel, dinner is 17 Buffet and without beer. It's separate. The breakfast is well-stocked, so I recommend it. The rooms and linen are excellent. You need an adapter to an outlet.
