We stayed for 4 days. The guest house is excellent: the room is perfectly clean, there is everything you need (air conditioning, TV, slippers, toiletries). There is also a microwave, toaster, thermopot, tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits are freely available. Breakfast can be ordered.
I really liked the attitude of the hosts, friendly, always ready to help.
The location of the house is ideal, everything is close: Republic Square, parks, Vernissage market, shops and metro.
We will recommend it to our friends and now we will only stay here!

We are staying at Tigran's for the second time (September 2022 and October 2024) for 10 days.The guest house is excellent (there is everything you need both in the room and in the kitchen)Everything is clean and cozy.The center is a 15-minute walk away…Near the market,parks,shops…

We were in Yerevan from April 2 to April 8. We are very glad that we chose this place and got to Tigran. We booked in advance from home, but our flight was postponed a day earlier and at another inconvenient time. We arrived at night, but Tigran was awake, waiting to meet us and check in. The rooms were chosen with a balcony. The rooms have everything, disposable slippers, towels, soap, you can turn on the air conditioner for heat or cooling, depending on the weather. We booked accommodation with breakfast. So, the breakfasts are great. Tigran fed us very tasty when fried eggs with bacon, when buckwheat, sausages, when Kiev cutlets, delicious cheese, basturma, sudzhuk, vegetables, yoghurts every day, there is a toaster in the kitchen, we made toast every day. Breakfast provides energy for the whole day. Tea and coffee with sweets are always available in the dining area for free. The location is just wonderful, you can quickly get to anywhere in the city, even by metro, even by taxi, even on foot, depending on where you need to go. From what is very close: GUM market, bank, Russia mall, Zoravar Andranik metro station, a beautiful temple. But it is the house itself that is located in a quiet alley, mostly only the singing of birds and the sound of the river are heard. We will be happy to come back someday!

A very good guest. Near the metro, near Tigran Metz Avenue, to Republic Square 10 minutes on foot. But at the same time, in a quiet alley where you can get a good night's sleep. The rooms are good, everything you need is there. The kitchen has a microwave and a thermopot, tea, coffee, jam, sweets. I recommend.

It's a beautiful place. The rooms are clean and cozy with air conditioning. Delicious, varied breakfasts. Coffee, tea, cookies, sweets are freely available throughout the day. Very attentive and friendly hosts. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. The city center is 10-15 minutes away on foot. We liked everything very much. We recommend it!

The place is perfect!!!
Tigran is a golden man!!! The breakfasts are delicious, the linen and the rooms are in perfect condition. All issues are resolved immediately! I do tours in Armenia and all my guests live with Tigran. And there have never been any complaints, only thanks!!!

It's a pity that I only found out about this place on the last day before flying home. Who would have known that for a little money you can feel like you're in a cool hotel. It's so clean, comfortable, and cozy here! Tea, coffee, and wine are on a table in a clean and cool lobby, waiting for their guests. Snow-white sheets will carefully protect your sleep. The murmur of the river under the balcony (you can't hear it when the door is closed) plunges you into the feeling that you are far from the center, on the outskirts. Still, you can do it cheaply and comfortably. Thanks to the owner!
