Excellent and very modern condominium at the end of the first line of Jomtien beach.
I've been living in Thailand in winter for 12 years now.
From here, I work remotely on my own business.
Including in this condo, I purchased a couple of apartments on a high floor with sea views.
It has the best fitness room in the city, wonderful panoramic pools on 42,37, 4 floors and the largest with tropics on earth.
On the downside, it is allowed with small dogs. It's a little stressful. But someone is happy about it. So in general, everything is fine. The beach has been reconstructed, and it is 250 meters away by a straight road from the building.
However, I prefer Vongamat beach in the north.

A modern condo. It is located on the 2nd line of Jomtien, so it is a 10-minute walk to the sea.
The elevators are slow. The walls are thick - you can't hear the neighbors, but you can hear the dogs from the hallway (they just fucked up) . The hot water does not come immediately - you have to wait. 3 swimming pools.
