Great hotel, stayed for 1 night, the service is super, the guy at the reception is friendly. The room is clean, comfortable, lived on the 2nd floor with access to a large terrace. I recommend
The hotel is three stars, the prices are good, but it is not enough to put up a sign for room cleaning, you need to remind the reception. Breakfasts are constantly cold, ice-cold milk porridge and scrambled eggs...It's not a hood. Top of all, there is a hood in the bathroom in the room, there is a hood in the room itself, so they are both in the same box! And if you turn on the hood in the bathroom, then everything blows into the room, it was just wow.
A good hotel, price - quality is one of the best in Bishkek. In winter, it is warm - underfloor heating. The breakfasts are good but always cold. The level of equipment in the room is good, but the fittings and linen are worn out, the faucet in the sink is without a filter spout.
Quiet area, relatively close to the center - you can walk. A small hotel.
The room was not cleaned for two days, after the complaint they began to clean up. Breakfast was promised from 8 to 10, breakfast is not very varied, which is expected for a small hotel. Once I came for breakfast at 9:45, there was almost no food left, it's understandable, they cook without a large supply. But the next day I came to breakfast at 9:45 - and everything was already cleaned there, i.e. they were no longer waiting for breakfast guests at all...
The first room was smoky.
An incomplete set of linen in the room, I had to ask for it to be brought.
The staff talks loudly at night.
I asked to wake up at night, but they didn't wake me up.
The breakfast didn't feel fresh. I just drank coffee.
Generally non-executive staff, but friendly.
For two days, the room has never been cleaned, the sheets on the bed do not match the size of the bed "short chain mail", pillows are a living hell, it's easier to sleep without a pillow. The shower, regardless of the selected mode, worked in all modes at once.
