We recently did a tour at Rixos, and I had the honor to perform here. Everything went according to the highest standard
Location: Nazarbayev Hall is spacious, stylish, ideal for large–scale events.
👨🍳 Staff: attentive, polite, always ready to help. There is a high level of service.
Setting: luxurious atmosphere, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I took a lot of photos and videos – the impressions will remain for a long time!
It's a pleasure to perform here. Great sound, lighting, organization – everything is at the top level! 🔥

Beautiful interiors, cozy rooms, high-level service. The pool in the spa is warm, sauna and ice font, snow chamber, beautiful hammam. Excellent cuisine, varied breakfasts. I definitely recommend it.

I was at a wedding recently. I remember the name of the bride and groom: Nursultan and Aije, he is Kazakh, and she is Turkish. The event was organized at the highest level. The waiters understood the requests and wishes without a word. Table setting is also plentiful. I was especially surprised by the presenters and invited soloists, among whom were from Tashkent.
Parking is available, despite the fact that this is the Rixoz hotel. The hotel staff, despite the fact that the entrance is on the other side, politely explains how to get into the celebration hall. The chefs of the kitchen tried very hard to satisfy the guests. It's mouthwatering and very tasty, well, as a guest from Tashkent, I was struck by the national dish beshbarmak and a huge piece of meat was placed next to it. I still remember it like it was yesterday.

It's a really beautiful hotel, but the last time we checked in, the TV didn't work, and it was never restored. The coffee machine was not working, which, to be fair, was replaced. In addition, the faucet in the shower switched to hot water all the time. I had to hold the faucet with one hand and wash with the other. To top it all off, we were not given the documents for accommodation because something happened to their system. I think you can build a service for that kind of money. There are no complaints about breakfast, pool, gym.

Many interior details have already worn out and require repair or replacement. But most of all I was unpleasantly surprised by the breakfasts. For a hotel of this class, the breakfasts are very poor, very much. Rather, I will not stay here anymore.

A beautiful building, conveniently located in the "old", historical part of the city. Meets the standard of "Rixos" - good rooms (I didn't like the pillows a bit - personally, I prefer tougher ones), service, excellent chef in the restaurant (I recommend ordering fish). However, there was no small wine list - and even the selected "prosecco" was not in it.

The staff is very polite (thank you very much!), the rooms are comfortable, the coffee machine is available, the cleaning is of high quality, the breakfast is excellent, the SPA is excellent (I recommend massage), the exercise equipment is decent. A couple of significant disadvantages are poor noise insulation, the presence of a karaoke bar in the hotel (one drunk singing visitor, apparently, was more expensive than the sleep of many hotel guests - he sang until 2 a.m.). Plus - live music (piano, saxophone) on some evenings.

We rested there from 5 to 7 May, everything is clean. But I wanted to bathe the children in the bathroom, bought chemicals, washed the bath myself, but the hotel bath turned out to be for beauty there was no plug and the hotel did not provide it to me. Cleaning is carried out every day, but you need to invite them because they do not have enough staff for cleaning. Vacationing staff at the SPA are not given a towel without a reminder! They also do not allocate lockers! The weekend SPA is very dirty. The staff at the SPA is not friendly. The staff does peeling in the hammam and leaves the door open so that they feel comfortable, but we vacationers are not comfortable and it is very cold! The Cavrolan in the room is covered in stains.

The hotel has completely deteriorated . Upon check-in, the trash can in the bathroom was full, there was a dirty towel hanging, there were two bags of food in the refrigerator, the temperature in the room was 28.5, the air conditioner did not work, the drain in the bathroom was clogged, the water did not drain, the handle of the water temperature regulator was loose, you need to wash with boiling water. To get through to the reception, you need to go downstairs. Regarding the air conditioner, it was suggested to open the balcony. The next day, upon returning to the room, the door to the room was open.This is not a 5 check-in hotel , it doesn 't even pull for 3 . The breakfasts are still good.

A very good hotel, probably the best hotel in Shymkent. Especially striking are the breakfasts, luxurious, very tasty croissants, desserts in general are bombastic, I especially recommend trying cheesecakes for breakfast. The hotel is in the style of "oriental chic". There is a nice spa with a large swimming pool and a separate one for children. There are many saunas. There is an atrium and a large event hall. Everything is beautiful, expensive and with good service.

The most luxurious hotel in Shymkent, and maybe in the whole south of Kazakhstan.
The reception staff is weak, I had to wait for check-in until the staff finished their business. I also had to be reminded about extra beds twice, although 5 hours have passed since the first request.
The room is not bad, it's too pretentious for me, but this is the concept. There is a coffee machine in the room and a small supply of water and coffee capsules. A huge minus is that the air conditioner was working, then it wasn't working. It was especially bad at night, because it was noisy outside and the balcony could not be opened (in the photo, the temperature in the room).
There are gorgeous bathrobes in the room, but of course you need to specify the size, there was a small bathrobe.
The hotel has a very cool spa area. Adult and children's swimming pool, hammam, steam bath, Finnish sauna and snow room. The latter is generally a very unusual thing for a hot climate.
The breakfast is not bad, there are all the traditional European stories. The delights include red and white fish and cheese with mold. And if breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is normal, then dinner is clearly weak. Both the kitchen and the service are three-star, a maximum of three plus. In general, I do not recommend dining in a restaurant, it is expensive and there are many minor flaws. There is nothing deadly, but there are cheaper and better places for dinner.

As always, the meeting of the guests is at the highest level, starting with the security and reception desk before leaving the hotel. After checking in, I immediately go to the spa, as usual, after the flight. Shymkent knows how to create a guest service for regular hotel customers, each meeting is like the most honored guest.
