Breakfasts in the restaurant on the top floor with panoramic glazing are not very bad, but in the evening I do not recommend going there, there is almost no view, since the glass glares at the interior of the hall, the price tag is "horse", about 2 times higher than a good restaurant in the city. The rooms are tired, especially the bathrooms, cleaning every day. We took it with a view of the Golden Horn Bay, the view is normal. Those with young children or who sleep sensitively, keep in mind that the hotel is located at the intersection of a very busy intersection, Istanbul drivers for the most part do not use turn signals, prefer sound signals, therefore, a cacophony of sound from the horns of passing cars is provided for 24 hours. We lived on a high floor and there was discomfort. The staff is very friendly, there is always someone from Russian speakers at the reception.

The location of the hotel is amazing, in the center, you can walk to many attractions, a good view from the rooms. The room stock is not bad, but… Capsules for the coffee machine in the room are paid (100 liras) and this is in Rixos and 5 stars! Breakfasts ... they just killed me, the cost of breakfast is 30 euros, freshly squeezed juices - no, fish- no, vegetables - at least, what is presented does not correspond to a five-star hotel. We went in January, the air conditioning is centralized and costs 28 degrees for heating! It is impossible to change it for yourself, as a result, they turned it off and aired it endlessly. Bottom line: a chamber hotel in the center of Istanbul, with a good location, a bad breakfast, a good view and good staff. If it were 4 stars, I would not find fault, but in my opinion, the star rating does not meet a number of criteria.

I have long wanted to stay in this small and cozy hotel in the center of Istanbul... The dream came true, leaving a beautiful aftertaste... Attentive and responsive staff, caring from the first minute... A good breakfast on the roof of the hotel with stunning views of the Bosphorus! Excellent room cleaning, the maid was like a fairy, no worries and always perfect cleanliness! Wonderful chocolate as a compliment before going to bed - it's so cute! The hotel has an amazing meat restaurant, I confidently recommend it! We didn't have time to visit the hammam, so we'll have to go back ! The door lock caused a bit of trouble, which did not work well otherwise everything was fine. Thank you for your care and warmth 🙏🏼
