Great hotel! Starting from the interior and ending with the service. Very nice and helpful staff. Many people speak Russian, which is nice. Excellent breakfasts with stunning views of the city and the Bosphorus. When my husband got sick and couldn't go to breakfast, the hotel manager sent him a plate of fruit and freshly squeezed juices. I asked about his health every day. It's so nice, as if your family is interested. Thanks! It's worth a lot! The hotel is also located in the best area of Istanbul. Everything is nearby, the best shops, restaurants.

The hotel is awesome! The interior and design look expensive and very beautiful, the service and staff are wow, they will always help, explain, there are those who know Russian, which is very convenient. The food is very tasty, there is a choice and even a very good one, the restaurant where they eat is generally excellent, and the view is even better. The rooms are new, well cleaned, the design and the view are beautiful. Anyone who goes to Istanbul for a walk, etc., I recommend this hotel!!

The friendly staff is already at the entrance. The hotel is kept clean. There was a slight problem when checking in, our room with a view of the bay was occupied, but the administrator upgraded it completely free of charge to a two-room premium, also with a view of the bay, we were satisfied. Clean, water pressure without complaints. The breakfasts were purely symbolic , but scrambled eggs with additives , waffles with nutella and various types of fruits and vegetables were present . It is quite possible to overeat , but without frills . Coffee, tea, juices are kindly offered by the staff. At breakfast, the manager was always interested in how the accommodation was going. I would also like to mention the beautiful view from the restaurant where the breakfasts are held - it is gorgeous. We went to the spa , 125 euros per person per hour . You can go once , but the massage is a sure 4 with a minus . We chose a foam massage program. But, the interior is beautiful . The hotel is worth the money, it didn't come out too expensive. The choice fell on this particular network, as it is trustworthy. Within walking distance of metro, taxi , Istiklal street. We recommend it
