The water in the sea is warm and almost clean, there are a lot of seagull feathers, sometimes there is garbage from boats, bags and other plastic. The hotel is located away from the city, we went to the center for 20, 25 dollars by taxi. We definitely would not have gone to this hotel a second time.

For 15 years we have been vacationing in Bodrum every summer, this time we decided to change the location and stayed at this hotel! From the first minute we felt the high service of the staff , quick paperwork without our presence , we were greeted with flowers, drinks , fruits , helped to accommodate , as we have a large family , fully informed about the hotel, told about the spa , restaurants, introduced us to the territory of the hotel! The staff is very attentive, friendly, creating an atmosphere of celebration and hospitality. I want to pay special attention to the hotel territory , a beautiful and picturesque place , a riot of colors of nature , a lot of greenery , relieves all physical and emotional stress ! The beach is clean , the sea is extraordinary , towels are clean on the sun loungers. We visited the spa , Gulnara did a great massage , all my children were satisfied . This is heaven on earth. Everything is very tasty, beautiful and the staff is very hospitable and sometimes gifts are brought to the room. The only minus is when they smoke at breakfast on the street for me, I can't say a minus about the rest.
A lovely, cozy hotel, although in places it looks like it has not been updated for a long time, but this is not critical, because it is beautiful, tasty and cozy. This is nothing compared to the hospitality, courtesy of the staff (at the kids' club, in restaurants, coaches, spa), excellent food (which you will never get poisoned for anything). A magnificent beach, they adore children. There are even individual classes in children's yoga. Lena is a wonderful yoga coach. Amazingly captivates the child. We hope that next year she will be called back to work here. The spa area and the gym are perfect. Only the service from personal assistants is annoying. They themselves offer some kind of help, then they forget about it themselves, they can't really decide anything. They can be easily replaced with an application. It is possible to achieve the armor of a boar, but through great strain and the "woof" of her husband. If you forgot something in the room at check-out, you will not be refunded, even if you reported it after 30 minutes. Although they themselves are called to send to the address. In general, the help is so-so, only to cause bugs. The hotel is beautiful, great location in the bay, lots of pine needles. Let's go back!

The hotel does not fully correspond to 5 stars. The Deluxe rooms are worn out in a way I have never seen before. When I asked to change the room or upgrade the room with an additional fee, the hotel management replied that all rooms of this class are in this condition, there is no higher level. Although I went to the aggregator - there are offers there. Towels are gray instead of white. The children's area is designed for children under 6 years old, the rest of the children have nothing to do here.
Of course there are advantages: the territory, the kitchen. But against the background of the disadvantages that I have described, the advantages are lost. The next time I choose a hotel, this one will definitely be on the stop list

A decent amount of money in various currencies was stolen from a safe in one room. The incident was immediately reported to the manager, but instead of any assistance, the hotel staff attempted manipulation and intimidation. The behavior of the managers deserves a separate review, but that's not the point, a statement to the police was written and recorded that the safes in this hotel are opened with a key and the password is not reset. But according to the managers, the staff could not do this. Very customer-oriented…I am writing this in order to inform the hotel guests of the incorrect operation of the safes. But after the arrival of the police, the hotel staff showed "professionalism", I would like to mention Ibrahim and Baikal separately. The service in the restaurant became extremely slow, dirty plates were not taken out, and I would like to separately note the storage of our luggage from the moment of check-out until our departure (22.00), they just threw it on the street. There is no desire to return to this hotel, although we are frequent visitors to Turkey and this is the first time. I will not recommend it to my friends.

But selectively, very good fish, a lot of greens, some really tasty things are cooked for breakfast, pasta is not bad. We just didn't bother. I didn't like it very much. It 's super weird who needs underpants and why touch them at all ? Other guests also "left" an expensive face cream from a chaise longue. More expensive than my swimsuit. we didn't make a fuss about cowards when we still had to work, we didn't want to spoil the mood. It seems to me that this is being used.
The a la carte Italian restaurant is a complete fiasco, although we suspected that it would be for $40 per person.
We wanted to go to dinner in Zuma, Brava, but the restaurants are closed until June. We visited Kitchen Bodrum. Not bad, but there are rave reviews on tripadvisor, so we expected more. Wine by the glass of Coravin Chablis, 9 thousand worth a bottle at Moscow time, here it costs 4.5 thousand per glass. At the Moscow WineAndCrab, top wines are presented for such a price per glass. But a beautiful sunset. It's worth going.

We went to rest at the Rixos Premium Hotel Bodrum in early September (4 adults and 1 child). Our room was battered and old, with cracks on the furniture and scratches on the tiles. The water from the shower was "muddy". The mini-bar with an all-inclusive package is replenished only if you ask.
The Italian restaurant, which was strongly recommended to us by our assistants from the hotel, where there was a record for 3-4 days, we were not impressed with either pasta or pizza. And in carpacho I found hair at all)). The desserts were satisfied and the hair was no longer found there. Wine and champagne are offered there only in Turkish bottling, and you need to pay extra for good grape drinks! Again, this is with the ALL INCLUSIVE package!!
On the plus side, a fairly clean sea and a variety of dishes on the buffet at dinner, there is nothing else good there.
The service is of course at a low level there, that your assistants do not understand where and respond to messages after an hour, that the waiters can carry you a glass of water for a very long time.
To sum up, for such money in the month of September, Rixos wants too much, but gives nothing in return. I would not recommend this hotel, but would advise you to choose another one. I did not feel any negativity on the part of the staff, but internally the content did not please me in any way. As they say, a swing for a ruble is a blow for a penny!

We stayed at the hotel with my son from April 12 to 19, deluxe room, sea view. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from Milas Airport to the hotel. Deluxe room of about 40 m2, large balcony. There is a fan on the ceiling in the room. It wasn't hot, but sometimes they turned it on at night, chasing mosquitoes. The room has everything you need, but you need to ask for bathrobes at the reception. There is a tea station: kettle, coffee, tea, water. There is a mini bar with water and carbonated drinks. There is a safe in the room, but we carried everything with us. We had a room on the last line, 5 minutes to the sea maximum. The territory is hilly, but there are bugs, so many people use them. We walked, a good workout for the heart. The territory is large, very beautiful, there is a place to walk. The views are amazing. The main pool is not heated. But there is also an indoor pool, it seemed to me that the water there is about 24-25 degrees. The food is excellent, the choice of dishes is great, as everywhere in Turkey, but the quality of the dishes here is certainly higher than in the budget five. There is baby food. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. I would like to especially mention Alper ALP, who was always ready to help with all questions, and Selen. The restaurant's receptionist is a Russian girl, very pleasant, she didn't remember her name. In general, the staff is responsive, always ready to help. We will have the opportunity to come back to this hotel.

Two adequate people were Alexandra and Dino, who gave us training! The rooms are cleaned every other time, there is nothing for children, everything must be forgiven! Why should we be puzzled on vacation in order to provide our child with a comfortable stay? Why is the hotel not puzzled by this! We will never return to the Rixos network again precisely because of this hotel

We were in this hotel for the first time, as well as in Bodrum itself. The hotel is small, the territory is appropriate. The sea in this place is gorgeous, clear water and sand. We were in October, which is the end of the season for Bodrum. The A la carte restaurants were closed. The dining room in the hotel is small, everything is concentrated in one place, but it can be good, you do not have to wander when choosing food. It was not necessary to occupy sun beds, because there are enough of them, even on the pier. We lived in a villa, we had to walk to the dining room, and we had to go down to the sea. Everything is nearby. There is a small children's club. Of course not the same as in Belek, but also good. There is an island to which you can walk along the pier. Green area with shops. In general, I liked everything, we will come back again.
Feelings are contradictory. Among the advantages: view, pool, delicious food, animation. Among the disadvantages : old rooms, pier repairs, closed sun beds, closed (not working) bars, it is difficult to sign up for restaurants, the whole hotel is covered in stairs and tiles. Not comfortable mattresses.
All a la carte restaurants have been closed since September 2023. The main rest is more like a dining room. One option for wine, two for whiskey. An impressive grouping of waiters acts reluctantly and not always. The tables are sticky.
The room is spacious, the furniture is old. There is no coffee machine.

I liked the design of the room, the cleanliness, and the location. The hotel is built in cascades, but everything is very convenient. Well-maintained territory, nice beach. We visited the Italian A la carte restaurant, we really liked it there, the main restaurant is good, we also liked the food and bars. The hotel staff is very polite, this is the very first thing we noticed, they were so friendly and settled in that the difference with the first hotel was noticeable. I didn't want to leave the hotel. And I really want to come back again)))

Rixos Premium Bodrum Hotel , there are safes in the hotel with the function of opening the safe ( forgot the password, blocked ) with a master code , after entering the master when the safe opens and the password entered by the client staying at the hotel is reset and it is not possible to close it without knowing the client's password ( if your password did not fit the safe after some time) count the money and check if everything is in place ) . The safe is also equipped with a mechanical master key, which allows you to open the safe, partially take money and close it without resetting the client's password ( there is no way to prove that your money is missing ). If a mechanical key is needed to open when the battery runs out, then a hotel like Rixos and a group of hotels that enter it make these safes to order ( according to the manager, although the manager claimed that after opening with a mechanical key, the password will be reset , when demonstrating in the presence of employees , we will make sure that this is not true , there is a video ) and ordering safes that will reset the client's password and after the mechanical key code is not a problem for the hotel . Or just a hotel or a group of people benefit from such safes! Have a good rest
Very beautiful territory, beautiful scenery. Low-rise cottages do not put pressure on their monumentality, which looks very harmonious against the background of nature. The sea is very clean and calm. The design of the hotel is very restrained in a European way, without oriental richness. Acoustic concerts in the evenings are pleasing.
Food is common for this level. Even a modest one. Everything seems to be there, but you won't run away much. There is nothing wrong with alcohol, although the bartenders try to pour local schmurdiak instead of, for example, campari.
The rooms are old, shabby in places. Our room was replaced because the balcony door did not close. The story with the rooms is strange: after the replacement, the new room turned out to be much larger than the previous one, although both were deluxe. Strange.
The staff is sincerely friendly and adequate. Special thanks to the guys for that.

And these screams, crying, tantrums are everywhere: bars, a restaurant, an evening show. Nevertheless, I came to a well-deserved rest in a not the cheapest hotel and I want to get high. But that was not the case.
