The hotel is not worth the money. Of the food, one restaurant is included for free, the food is the same. There aren't that many conditions for that kind of money. There was not even ordinary water on the beach and by the pool, although it was hot. It's a long walk to the subway, about 25 minutes.
On the plus side: the first time we ate seafood, it was very tasty.
They gave me a free cake for my birthday
The reception staff was helpful.

Great hotel.
I got a good room, but part of the view was on the construction site.
The food is of high quality and for every taste. There was everything from bread and pasta to sashimi and foie gras.
The beach and the pool are well maintained, but all the sun beds were often occupied by the pool.
The staff is polite and friendly. If necessary, they will be able to find a Russian-speaking employee.

Excellent choice, very satisfied with the hotel ! A wonderful combination of beach holidays and walks around Dubai Marina. We had a room on the 30th floor, the view of the Persian Gulf is fascinating.
The service at the hotel is at the highest level. Breakfast is on the level. There are sun loungers on the beach , service at the sun loungers and the pool . I recommend it, it's worth the money.

In general, it's not bad, but the overall impression is spoiled by several moments. One one-bedroom suite and one standard suite were booked upon arrival. At the beginning, a Russian girl came to help register and some other people (there were 3 of them) started asking if you came as a family, and I answered him "yes, there are 3 of us" began to sell allegedly "abgreet " decided to go and look at the question " and where is the 2 number pointing to the 2 door (in one word we tried to sell a suite with 2 bedrooms and could not give 1 room) of course, there was a lot of indignation, there were excuses like "the book did not give us information here, etc." so they also tried to cheat us (even if there was a total amount for bookings), they figured it out as a result, but I take into account how it was all sure the scheme was not the first day, so be careful, check the information by numbers and the total amount. Otherwise, everything went well except for the loud music in the pool, which WAS HEARD BY ASH ON THE 23rd FLOOR!!!! I had to complain about 3 times to make it quieter. Breakfast in general is not bad, after 10 there was not a big queue, but the workers quickly solved everything, but sometimes there were problems with tea or coffee. They carried it for a long time, they could not catch a waiter (there is not enough breakfast area for such 2 towers) an excellent gym, the hotel is suitable for winter, but already for spring, summer is not very good, since the beach is very small, the rooms are good, but there is not much room for things. Great views, good cleaning. There is a good place to go

A chic hotel. The network as a whole is amazing-never disappointed!
The rooms are great, it feels like cleaning twice a day. We took breakfast / dinner-delighted with both the food and the service.
The beach is clean, we were in June-there were no problems with sun beds either on the beach or near the pool. A DJ in the VIP zone of the pool is a great bonus to rest.
What views! From the Beach-to the Ain Dubai wheel, from the room window - to Burj Al Arab and Atlantis!
One minus-there is always not enough rest))

The hotel looks very good. Maybe in the old days she was like that. Now it requires a significant update. We took a nice two-room room with a sea view. In fact, we got a good view of the construction site, and of the sea, too. The room is in a modern style, but in a battered condition. Dust, garbage, streaks on the windows. Panels and corners with traces of scuffs and chips. In the huge lobby of the reception area, where there is a futuristic Ferrari, the glass ceiling constantly leaks during the rain. Therefore, "diapers" are regularly laid out on the floor where water drips. And this is the very center of the hall. There is a similar situation in the room. The panoramic window was leaking. I made a remark at the reception, they reacted the next day. The rug from the bathroom was placed on the floor in front of the window. It absorbs water well. And the falling drops were not so audible). I thought that only we got such a number, but no. We have one of the best. It's a pity I've already deleted the photo ...
the kitchen as a whole is very decent. Nice beach in front of the hotel and swimming pool.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but it requires serious renovation and work with the staff. Of course, he is not worth his money.

Great hotel! The service fully corresponds to five stars. Very tasty food. The breakfasts are monotonous, but the choice is large. Homemade yoghurts, poached eggs, delicious pastries, lots of fruit. Great dinners! Fresh sushi, sashimi and seafood every day. Incredibly friendly staff in the restaurant, especially the manager Baijnath: pays a lot of attention to the guests, makes pleasant compliments. I congratulated my daughter very nicely on her mini birthday (2 months): I brought a cake, a postcard and sang congratulations in a whisper))
Clean sandy beach overlooking the Eye of Dubai. Comfortable sun beds with large towels.
Of the minuses - sun beds on the beach need to be occupied in the morning. There is a construction site nearby, but it did not interfere much. There is no balcony in the rooms.

I was pleased that there are almost no children, cooled pools, the beach area is clean, a lot of aqua entertainment. Surprisingly, there are too many Russian staff and few locals. The purpose of the trip was work - but it was also nice to relax in the hotel.

(the rooms are clean, high-quality cleaning 2 times a day, the hotel does not regret cosmetics: "wash, "smear" as much as you want, if there is not enough, you can always ask and you will never be refused. The linen is new - bathrobes, slippers, towels. The number of rooms is new, they are always settled earlier, immediately upon arrival (not at 15 o'clock, as often at other resorts)! If there are available rooms, then you can always look and choose the one you liked directly (in your reserved category or with an additional fee, a more expensive room). Guys, I want to write separately about the food in this hotel - high-quality, fresh, delicious! A great abundance of seafood, meat, fish, fruits! And what desserts are just magic! Separately, I want to highlight the sushi table (the freshest fish, a wide variety: rolls, sushi, sashimi ...). Sweet tooth will definitely like desserts - a huge variety! Very tasty cooked, and most importantly - high quality! Help yourself as much as you want (if possible, take a "second stomach" with you). Seafood for every taste. In terms of food, this is not Turkey! Everything is more democratic here. By food and choice solid 3. The beach is excellent; the entry into the water is smooth, very comfortable, the sand is super. There are pools for adults and for children. The territory is not very large. Advice, take it seriously! Choose the numbers, ask to show! If it's Rixos, it doesn't mean that everything is super here! Double rooms can be smaller than single rooms and you will be huddled all your vacation in a doghouse! The hotel left a twofold feeling. And so don't listen to me, the main thing should be positive and the mood for a good rest, and I didn't give you great recommendations. Who needs something in more detail; write, call. Great food. There are good sushi for dinner. The service in the rooms is excellent: both cleaning and room service. On the beach, everything is brought quickly, as in America. No one is stupid. In general, this is a real five. There was one minus - the room key was often demagnetized. A little closer to the phone, I took it away - the velkam at the reception (To recode the key). Maybe the chip should be implemented, I don't know. But this is the only negative that I can remember.

Once again I caught myself thinking that the more high-status and expensive the hotel, the higher the expectations and the more I want to look for flaws and dig in.

Almost perfect: clean, comfortable, well thought out and organized.

BUT!)
- our room had a door to the next room. Of course, it was closed, but the sound insulation, of course, was so-so and in the evening we listened to the neighbors share their impressions and take a bath.
- the queue for breakfast. It has always been there. We understood with our heads that this is all done for our comfort (so that everyone has a free table), but the picture is a little unusual.
I will especially mention the Italian restaurant on the ground floor. Unfortunately, I have not been to Italy, but I have never eaten pizza tastier. And I never thought that you can cook pasta so delicious)
