Excellent location ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful.

My favorite hotel in Astana, where you are always welcome! We have been holding our industry events there for many years. On the part of the hotel, everything is always at the highest level: service, hospitality, responsiveness. Any issues are resolved instantly! The staff is very attentive. I stayed at the hotel in May 2023. Overall, the hotel is decent. Of the advantages: The lobby is spacious and very cozy. Very responsive staff at the reception, quickly settled in, provided late check-out and generally solved issues very quickly. Well done! Not a bad spa area. On the 4th floor. There are several types of saunas and a small swimming pool. Good location, walking distance to the central square is not more than 1 km. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the number. The design is weak. Somehow it just looks for 5 stars. But there are no complaints about the quality. A bed for 5 people. All necessary accessories were present.

The coolest hall with a huge ceiling creates a special atmosphere, you are happy every time you come past it or take the elevator. Live music in the evenings in the lobby also perfectly complements the atmosphere. Aksam restaurant is wonderful. Just wonderful. The price tag is just behind the clouds, but it's worth it. The hotel has a joke - every car is inspected with a mirror to look for a bomb in the bottom. The only place in the city with this approach. One of the disadvantages is some kind of strange booking system. 3 adults and a child were indicated, upon arrival it turned out that there was a room for three, two separate beds and an extra one for a child. However, the three of us arrived, the eldest son refused at the last moment, so it didn't turn out so sad. But when we came to breakfast, they asked where our fourth one was. That's weird... Both the fragrance in the hotel lobby and in the spa is somewhat intrusive, we did not like it.

In my case, at my request, the lock was promptly removed from the mini-bar, and the refrigerator was released. Overall, a great hotel that is worth the money

“Our Rixos doesn't look fresh,” at least the restaurant where I participated in the event. It's hot in summer, and the air conditioners can no longer provide coolness and freshness. A cool expensive hotel in the heart of the city. Great breakfast, super friendly staff. I really liked the bar with live music and the atrium garden. I didn't like a couple of things. We booked a room for three people – two adults and a child, upon check-in it turned out that with this type of reservation, a room with one large bed is provided. When asked "where the child will sleep", they offered to pay about 30% of the room price for an extra bed. After the demonstration of disagreement, he said "OK, we'll do it complimentingly" and it turned out that the child's bed was being pushed out of the adult one. Why these swings were needed is unclear. The second is poor–quality room cleaning: dirty dishes were left at our place for all three days. Washing coffee mugs in the bathroom yourself is not what you expect from a hotel with such a name and such a price tag. It also looked a little strange that all the cutlery was in a single copy, literally: one mug, one spoon, one glass. Apparently it was necessary to drink and wash in turn.
