In general, I liked everything, but........ It was very strange for me to see that there was no door to the bathroom. It's not quite comfortable. Our friends' room was cheaper than ours, while they had an iron and ironing board in the room. And by the way, the room looked like they had a more recent renovation.
We came to RIXOS President from RIXOS BORIVOE and the second one has a higher level. The restaurant on the second floor is very nice and delicious, but...... the staff needs to be told that if there is more food on the dish, then you need to ask if you can pick it up. There were several times when there was still enough food on the platter, and it was taken away from you without permission. I think this should not be considered as a bad review, but just pay attention to the shortcomings.

Nice hotel. The staff is polite, courteous, making concessions. Upon arrival, the hotel smelled very strongly of sweet incense, and despite the fact that you can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel, the sweet smell of cigarette smoke is still ambergris. I asked to reduce the amount of incense and wu a la, the next day everything was done. The lobby bar serves good food. We had breakfast included. I really liked it. A very good buffet of fruits, vegetables, salted and white red fish (such as buttery), smoked eel, porridge, soup, pastries, juices, tea, coffee, sausages, cutlets, vegetables, etc. You can ask for scrambled eggs or omelet with a filling to choose from - they are cooked with you. The room is cleaned every day, shampoo, shaving kit, dental kit, foam and bath salt are brought. Everything is fine, but the black hair on the bathroom floor is not ours. We couldn't clean up the whole week that we were there. But everything else is clean and tidy. They constantly wash and clean everything. The price also includes fitness, swimming pool, hammam. If I come to Astana again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. At least because of the size of the kingsize bed and the comfortable pillows. Although the mattress was a little soft for me. But still, the service was very good, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and hearty.

I was there in the lobby bar, I met with a friend. I must say right away that I did not live in the hotel itself, but my friend was satisfied with the stay. I will say the following about the bar. They were served quickly, correctly and professionally. I liked the interior and the prices... of course, they are too high, but acceptable, especially for such a level of institution. I was at the Hilton a year ago. Rixos is 3 times more expensive. Honestly, it's not worth the money. The room is slightly larger, but the wardrobe is very small and there is still a ironing board hanging in it, which cannot be removed without the risk of breaking something.
The bed linen is worse, the pillows are worse (at least for me).
Breakfast is also no better than at the Hilton
Among the advantages: excellent service and sound insulation in the room - you can hardly hear any sounds from the street and from the corridor.

I stayed at the hotel from July 6th to 11th. In general, it's not so bad. Normal rooms, normal breakfasts, normal location, normal SPA. But the service and problem solving work disgustingly. I left my headphones in the pocket of my bathrobe, but the cleaning service did not check the pockets and took them away! No one at the reception helped me: they promised to find out and call, but they never contacted me. They didn't even apologize, although they took my property from the room in fact.
I also booked a specific table for a jazz evening at the hotel, everything was confirmed to me, then I came-and they just kicked us out of the table, saying that we hadn't booked anything... shine! I was at rixos for the first time and was extremely disappointed. Definitely not the best option in Astana for this money.

I work in the Russian Federation as a top manager, I rest quite rarely due to my employment and this year I did not have time to get a passport and for this simple reason decided to go to my small historical homeland, because there is an agreement between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic - citizens of the Russian Federation can stay there without a passport.
I always choose good hotels to stay in - this time it was your hotel.
We got there with my sister and a small child by train - there were reasons - of course, the tortured came to the hotel and maybe not luxury , but this does not give a reason to behave a lot brazenly to the reception employee . After seeing us, Nurlan (at that time an employee accepted us) - apparently lives by the principle of "meets by clothes, accompanies by mind" (I think by the second indicator he fails to understand - because he is sitting at the reception) - so this guy asks me a question - tell me the bank card number - this is in case you will use paid services - we will write you off later. I was shocked - I was vacationing in the same hotel in Turkey , in other hotels - there was never such arrogance upon arrival ; and then he says - ahhh , you're from Russia - your cards don't work... I thought well , that's it - you're kapets -he's just lucky that I'm not a brawler ... considering that I had a card from tinkoff of the union pay payment system with me, it was not difficult for me to give him the card number and say that it was international ... he was very surprised and fell silent.... Only this one negative factor did not like the hotel ... and if there was no map, what would this nurlan tell me ???
And the rest of the hotel is good, but there are still wishes - start repairs in the bathrooms - taps and showers flow ... One big plus is the breakfast bomb !!!

There are inconveniences in the part of the bar in the room. To use it, you need to make an advance payment or leave your bank card details. If this is not done, the minibar is locked.
