3. There is no pedestrian entrance/exit path from the territory (you walk along the roadway).

The breakfasts are varied, the food is delicious. The service - the girls are cute, but they don't know the menu in the lobby. It seems clean, but in some places the tables are in paint, the carpets are not in perfect condition. They didn't put shower gel in the room, although there was bath foam, salt, and lotion. The next day, we put 1 gel for two. There are no slippers in the spa. And so in general it's not bad

The problems with the staff are not unique for a hotel like this.
Breakfasts are much lower than expected.
There are problems with the temperature in the room, the climate system drives only warm air, if you turn it off, then the cocoon is very noisy. We were in winter. It's either hot or cold, respectively.
Room cleaning can also take place at 8-30, be prepared, and the staff does not apologize for waking you up.
In general, for this money - not a Hilton!

A good hotel, quite comfortable.
But there is a drawback - when they start celebrating something loudly in the restaurant, these voices are heard in the room, and making comments to such guests is apparently not included in the hotel rules. And you can also hear "loud" guests from the next room: phone conversations and snoring - this is if you sleep lightly.

For 6 years, when traveling to Astana, I stayed in Rixos, but every year it gets worse. The visit in June 2022 was like this :
- schoolchildren work in an Irish pub, you need to call 100 times and it's not a fact that they will fit, and if they do, it's not a fact that they will bring what they ordered
- the smell of old age in the corridors
- rooms with repairs from the past and a broken shower
- a street bar is a great idea, BUT salads will be prepared from the remains of the buffet, the meat is raw, the waiters are just terrible, they will forget to bring the appliances and you need to call long and hard.
